Amazing candlelight display at vigil against Xenophobia in SA
Candles were arranged in the shape of the African continent at a vigil organized against Xenophobia at the Constitutional Hill precinct in Johannesburg this evening April 21st. The vigil was organized in an effort to take a stand against
the ongoing xenophobic violence in South Africa.
It will and can never erase the pain and hurt south Africans have caused, so painfully. May the soils of the lives lost rest in peace and may God give the family members of the deceased strength to carry on and bear the pain Amen....
Its not by the number of candles they light but by the action they take to stop this barbaric and senseless act. Let the SA govt put a stop to it and prosecute all those involved in this killings
Ungrateful uncivilized savages, wish madiba was here to reiterate the mammoth, enormous support and funding they got from Ehopia, mali, guinea, liberia, morocco, tunisia, senegal in 1962 to fight for their rights! Nigeria later became one of the foremost supporters of Black South African liberation movements, including the African National Congress. After d end of d apartheid in 1994, South African businesses sought for professionals to immigrate and a large number of Nigerians and other Africans did so, making them the largest economy! Is this how the wanna pay Africans back, the same South Africa deported 125 Nigerians in 2012 for nt possessing common and ordinary Yellow Fever certificates. it is just so infuriating and distressing the unappreciate modus South Africa is exhibiting
The thing should be only on the shape of their Yeye country abi is it the whole of Africa that is xenophobic? Its SA that needs to see the light. Very wicked people
