Pastor Adah, a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, decided to live in Taraba after he was posted there in 2002 upon finishing his university. He met his wife there and also saw what children of the poor were going through in the community and decided to stay behind and help improve their lives. He left city life and moved to a remote village with his family, where he built a school in a round hut that provided free
education to a student population that grew to more than 400 pupils. He also provided shelter, food and money to impoverished families and this is how they take his life.

He was really nice back then and I am glad he knew God. I pray that God who is the all merciful who provide and protect his wife and kids... And to the people that murdered him... They were ignorant...they do not know what God says about touching his anointed one! Overall I know he is at peace!

I know josh very very well he is ( I can't use was for josh) my friend and my big brothers best friend we all grew up together. Growing up he was every thing negative he drinks and smokes and was even a cultist fast forward to 26th November 2000 josh came home to announce to every one he was born again we thought it was one of his antics to get money but No he was serious his mind was made up to serve the I am that I am he got posted to Taraba to serve he came back home to tell every1 that he was going to remain in Taraba Murkuni to be precise for the rest of his life. Josh is from a well to do home he never lacked anything so for him to make up his mind to stay in that Murkuni village we all knew @ that point that he was answering a call beyond him. He set up for Murkuni In jalingo, to goma,kona, trica and all the other villages to preach the gospel of our Lord. The last time we spoke he told me my sister see ur big brother has become a bush man and we all laughed he was the first person to preach to the people of Goma about God he gave them cloths and food he has a school called trinity school and an orphanage in that same village on thursday he left for Jalingo and his car broke down in bantage and the same land he has been suffering drank his blood his body was dismembered and the throat slitted apart what a painful way to die. I cry each time I remember that I will never see my friend and brother again but my consolation is in the fact that even in the face of death he never deny Jesus. He is a gallant soldier of christ. He was buried today in his mission base land in Murkuni village a place he wanted to be buried when he dies in his words he said missionaries like us die and should be buried on the mission ground. That he fought and today was laid to rest on the same ground that drank his blood. People help me pray for Ngozi his wife and his two angels Shalom and Nasara for the peace of God to rest upon them.
