The deceased allegedly killed himself because his girlfriend’s father refused to allow him marry his daughter. According to the story, the girlfriend's father, who is from Ondo state, said Bambo couldn't marry his daughter because he's from Ijebu, Ogun State. Some people do not believe that's the reason he killed himself.
A resident of the Hilltop Estate who said he participated in bringing down Adebambo’s body from the ceiling, recalled that he was dead and stiff when they brought him down. "When the family raised an alarm and we came here, he was already foaming in his mouth and his hand was clenched in a fist. This signified that he struggled till he died,” he said.

I had a worse experience, I proposed to my girl on the second and she turned me down saying I wasn't 100% ready. Truth is I was heart broken and I cried a lot! How can she say something like that. I work in a reputable organization, I have professional certifications, I'm below 30, I have some serious investments and I earn a 6digit figure. You can't even begin to imagine all the things I did for this girl. Well Its 2 days later and I'm getting over it. Infact I'm thinking of a rebound r/ship even if I know it's not a good idea. Now to this young man's case, no woman is ever good enough to make you take your own life. If you were honest and sincere in the r/ship then it's her loss. I just pray it's a set up cos I don't see any sense in it. Not all women really know what they want when they are young. They see you as boring old fashioned if they still roll with much younger guyz, so its a pity you had to waste your precious life after graduation.

its quite a pity because i know Bamboo back then in school a brilliant fellow full of life.. i would say also that he was too a very large extent a sabi boy, i wonder how this can happen... however the story is true..but the motives is what i dont get..

Mrs Ologbosere the proprietor of TENDER-CARE NURSERY AND PRIMARY SCHOOL IGBAGA, OGUN STATE who hails from Ekiti State is the mother of TINU (Adebambo's Fiancee) she informed him on the 28th of December 2013 that her daughter who is an undergraduate of ADO EKITI UNIVERSITY (300 level) part time can not marry him being that he his from Ijebu, surprisingly this woman has on various occasions collected gifts and money from said Bambo during the course of his relationship with her daughter.
On the first of January she called Bambo's phone and was informed of his death and since then neither her or her daughter has deemed it fit to call the family talk less of visiting.
Its disheartening to see that a mother figure like Mrs Ologbosere can be so hard hearted as to abandon a family that accepted her as part of them, it goes to show that nothing should be taken for face value.
