The hotel has been under construction for the last 4/5 yrs. At a point they tried dissuading the public by spreading rumors of it being an office/hostel for her Aru-era Foundation.
Also, The pictures with the maroon colored building is not their family compound in Otuoke.
That building is her old hotel (can't remember the name but it has ''resort'' in the name) which is almost directly opposite the new federal university in Otuoke. But yes, it's on the same road as their compound (5/8 minutes walk).
And yes, that armored personnel carrier has been positioned there since around 2009/2010!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

What's wrong with the First Lady investing money in our country. Have you consider those that steal our money and yet take it to some other developed country to invest there. This is nothing compared to the gigantic two-storey, bulletproof reinforced mansion she built a few hundred metres away from the govt house in Port Harcourt, costing nothing short of N30bn. Stella, I have visited Yenegoa Bayelsa and I think it's very right to have some sort of life there. It would be more shameful to have had a President from there with the place still looking remote. Lagos, Abuja and Port harcourt shouldn't be the only opened up cities. Weldone dame.

Why not use this billions of naira to build a good up to standard hospital? Why all these hotels to perpetuate adultery and fornication. Nigeria does not need more hotels. If you must know Linda, the House at Otueke is not massive, some LGA chairmen in your state have better houses, the hotel is now functional n managed by foreigners. In addition, one truth is, if u are 1st lady today, which i pray u will be someday, u need not loot to own property, the gifts n goodwill u will receive if u choose to, is enough toget u virtually everthing u ever dreamed of. I speak from a vantage point.
