I am a member of the Living Faith Church (Winners Chapel) and not COZA, so, please, do not insult me over this comment. We all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, but, grace is made available unto us. So, when we sin, but, come to God in genuine repentance, he forgives. Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo too, is flesh and blood, and may just be having a great struggle with sexual sin, like most people are, but too ashamed to say.Please, let us help uphold this pastor in prayers, rather than being judgemental. Just imagine the number of souls God brought to His kingdom through this man today, when he made the altar call! I connected online to his ministration today, saw and heard it all. I was blessed, nonetheless! Something in me, tells me that he is GUILTY of all accusations, but, look, children of God, this man may have asked God for forgiveness and may be passing through a period of cleansing by God. I wonder y some people can be so judgmental or illogical. Ese isn't a kid non is she a virgin. In her confession she did say she had lived a wild life and somebody else confirmed she went to Reginal Pacis where most of the students were either prostitutes or had multiple sex partners. Did you hear she said she wasn't forced. So it happened Just the way she would have done it with any other guy. So y didn't she include her escapades with her series of sex partners. My own take on this is simple. Ese Walters didn't narrate her story because she needed peace as she claimed but to destroy the plan of God in the ministry of pastor biodun. She gave you her own part of the story, that makes you feel it's the whole truth. And even if you get to discover that the act actually happened who are you to judge another man in a sex act of two consenting adults. Think about it.

People don't want the Pastor's side of the story, they already have a precast opinion about the whole thing. It is simply like our criminal justice system; the first to report at the police station is the victim and the reported, the guilty. Few months ago, Tope Alabi's Pastor claimed that she attempted to make him make love with her, and that was the end. He was the first to make the allegation and so he is the victim.
We lack real investigative journalism and most posing as writers even lack the mental acumen to probe and discern accurately, blindly following the surge of public opinion triggered by bias and emotions. A story without substantiated claim remains false until it can be validated or authenticated by concrete proofs.
The lady claimed she made some payments with her card (How do we know it had to do with the hotel they both stayed since she even alluded to the fact that pastor had booked his hotel ahead). She claims they did it daily for a full week stretch (a lot begging for clarity and questioning here)
She also claims she had an audio recording to buttress the veracity of her story. The axiomatic thing to do when incidenting a crime related experience is to accompany it with probable evidence. I can write a more compelling story than she did and make allusion to human beings to give it a more believing embellishment. How best could she have made it more believable than cite people with face.
She cites pricking of conscience as the motivation for the confession. If her motive was out of compunction, then I would say this is a huge cheap joke and lie, because the first person she ought to have apologized to was the pastor's wife, assuming her narrative is genuine. She sinned against God, the wife and the children.
There is a grand plan and a real motive behind her story. I expect real journalists, lawyers and psychologists to have by now tried reaching her to ask her some tough questions. She is not that smart, it is just that majority of her first callers cum readers had very low IQs, hence they read the story once and did not bother to ask the right questions. Why don't we really undertake investigation motivated by the genuineness to learn the truth.

I'm not an LIB faithful like most people who have commented but I had to chip in my 2 cents coz I'm burnt at this entire scandal. I've attended COZA many times and I even considered joining the choir coz the worship there is heavenly. However it is clear Pastor Biodun's hand has been caught in the cookie jar. The first step to dealing with a problem is admitting you have one. If indeed He understands what grace really is, he would know that admitting he did wrong & apologizing to his congregation cannot destroy whatever plans God has for him. Bible says 'His strength is perfect when we are weak'. A brilliant case study is that of pastor Albert Odulele of 'Glory House's London. His case was worse (homosexuality related). But everyone could sense his relief when the stuff came into the open. It was clear it was a demon he had been dealing with and finally the accuser of brethren (satan) no longer had anything on him. He didn't deny it, he was truly sorry, he even went to jail but it made people respect him more and I for one really felt bad coz i knew him personally and couldn't bliv someone with such humility, love for God and a sincere passion for youths could live with such demons, but that's where he's a man first before being a man of God. Pastor Biodun you are human, you must decrease in order for God to increase. Please do not make a mockery of God's hand over your life because of shame. Do the right thing. You owe it to God. Madam Ese, now is the time to back your story with evidence.
There is an issue btw dis two parties dat d gal has refused to mention. I hv made such mistake before as a church worker and d gal threatened to report me to my pastor and my wife b4 i refused to give her the money i promised her. When i confessed to God,there and then, i knew God forgave me and i encouraged d gal to go ahead and report me but she declined. Such matters are better left to God to handdle. Go ahead and make peace wt God or better still confess to a higher authority if u are sincere u are burdened by d guilt and d burden will be lifted not thru social media unless u have some other motive. God will always expose d offender naturally without him or her knowing it.

People don't want the Pastor's side of the story, they already have a precast opinion about the whole thing. It is simply like our criminal justice system; the first to report at the police station is the victim and the reported, the guilty. Few months ago, Tope Alabi's Pastor claimed that she attempted to make him make love with her, and that was the end. He was the first to make the allegation and so he is the victim.

A story without substantiated claim remains false until it can be validated or authenticated by concrete proofs.
The lady claimed she made some payments with her card (How do we know it had to do with the hotel they both stayed since she even alluded to the fact that pastor had booked his hotel ahead). She claims they did it daily for a full week stretch (a lot begging for clarity and questioning here)
She also claims she had an audio recording to buttress the veracity of her story. The axiomatic thing to do when incidenting a crime related experience is to accompany it with probable evidence. I can write a more compelling story than she did and make allusion to human beings to give it a more believing embellishment. How best could she have made it more believable than cite people with face.
She cites pricking of conscience as the motivation for the confession. If her motive was out of compunction, then I would say this is a huge cheap joke and lie, because the first person she ought to have apologized to was the pastor's wife, assuming her narrative is genuine. She sinned against God, the wife and the children.
There is a grand plan and a real motive behind her story. I expect real journalists, lawyers and psychologists to have by now tried reaching her to ask her some tough questions. She is not that smart, it is just that majority of her first callers cum readers had very low IQs, hence they read the story once and did not bother to ask the right questions. I would start by saying a lot of us only judge blindly, d true manipulator is Ese, from her story I would like to ask us some questions.
1. How are we sure Pastor called her from the crowd of thousands to join a particular group in the church?
2. What period of the year was it that the pastor's protocol officers could not handle his itinerary and schedules to travel?
3. How sure are we that the purpose for Ese joining the church was not to get close to the pastor in order to sleep with him?
4. When she saw him as her spiritual father, did she have to cause him to sin?, even if he had the intention to sleep with her? What happens to saying NO
5. Did Ese mention anything about her been spiritually grounded?
A lot of us forget that church has become a social circle for a lot of youths, some go to church to only socialise and at the end of the day don't get any spiritual upliftment. Some even go to join group so as to be noticed in church, a lot are quick to join ushering or the choir.

Apostle Paul said in the bible, if eating meat will make my brother fall, i will stay away from meat (paraphrased). Wisdom is profitable to direct, a lot of wisdom was not applied to this situation on the part of the lady. She wasnt truthful abt looking for healing as she stated, she wanted to be vindictive, which is ok, if thats her choice. The second lady that raised the second allegation has better prove if she can show it to the world. I need to know where this will end. (1.) WAS ESE WALTER MANIPULATED;
Yes it is possible for anybody to be manipulated by a mentor or in this case a spiritual leader. We see this every day with Suicide Bombers and also in the case of Jim Jones leading his followers to suicide.
(2.) DID ESE SEDUCED PASTOR B. FATOYINBO;
Yes it is also possible for Ese to have seduced the Pastor B. Fatoyinbo but in this case the facts did not say so or did Pastor B. Fatoyinbo said so.
(3.) WHY DID ESE WALTER CAME OUT WITH HER STORY;
(a.) It is possible she might have felt jilted by Pastor B. Fatoyinbo.
(b.) It is possible she might have asked for money and the Pastor refused to give her.
(c.) It is possible she may want to free herself from the quilt.
(d.) It is possible she may just want to expose Pastor B. Fatoyinbo.
(4.) PASTOR B. FATOYINBO'S RESPONSE;
(a.) Why did he not give a direct answer of YES or NO to Ese's accusations?
(b.) Why did he say he's preparing a ROBUST REPLY at the same time saying God told him not to answer?
(c.) It is possible that Pastor B. Fatoyinbo is trying to buy time for the allegations to die or also possible that Pastor B. is trying to reach out to Ese for a settlement.
CONCLUSION;
It can be said that Pastor B. Fatoyinbo is presumed guilty in the Court Of Public Opinion by his response to Ese Walter's allegations.
Ese Walter's story seem to be well detailed stating events and even scenarios that occurred between her and Pastor B. Fatoyinbo. She also said she was a member of the church COZA Abuja and other members have acknowledged so. She also said she has evidence of Hotel Payment Receipts and Telephone Conversation Recording.
If Pastor B. Fatoyinbo did not or has not said his position on Ese Walter's Accusation. The proper thing is for Pastor B. Fatoyinbo to state his position on the matter and possibly ask Ese Walter to release her Evidence. Because he is a Role Model to his followers, admirers and more so a Spiritual Leader to many. By not doing so it will mean he is guilty of the accusation and it leave doubt in the mind of his followers even if they say they believe he is not guilty.
If he is guilty he should come out and apologise to his congregation, he is human and he's not above sin. By not doing so it will means he is lying to his followers and he's a fraud. He owes his followers the truth not leaving them in doubt. Further more he should make peace with God and step down for sometime to deal with his problems.
MY OPINION;
Ese Walter's Story should be welcomed because its an eye opener to us Christians. We have sisters, daughters, friends & loved ones who are held up in this kind of bondage and confusion as we speak. Its a good thing for us to know that this kind of things to happen so we can advise our daughters, sisters and loved ones against such Pastors.
Its is very obvious that this is a very evident thing in churches today but we as Religious people like to live in denial until our daughters, sisters or loved ones fall victim to such.
PASTOR B. FATOYINBO say your position on the matter or myself and majority of Nigerians will have no choice but to believe ESE WALTER'S STORY!
ESE WALTER for your own good you have to release your evidence if not this will hunt you for the rest of your life. Even it will hunt your future husband and children.

Ese, I really do not see the value you bring on board with your essay rather than make a lot of us who are far worse than you and the pastor you spoke about talk like Angels. You claim that it was for others to learn lessons from your mistake, but you know it is no news. We are only being entertained due to the importance placed on the person involved. Am also doubting if you have any meaningful evidence 'cause judging from the tone of your essay, you won't waste any time in publishing them. I really worry about this debate. But we all have a right to our own opinion. I am a guy for starters. Ese’s story is so true. My decision is based on instinct and the simplicity and innocence of the narration.
As a guy we have all tested women and put them in a position of no refusal. It is called seduction. It is just the way our brains are wired. She said she believed the plot started when she joined the PCU. That is when pastor started fingering her brain. All the book hotel and don’t book was his way of letting her brain work on the fact that he was in a hotel. It works. People argue that it happened for 7 days and then put Ese in the blame. Sad. That is the more reason why the pastor should have stopped. But imagine the confusion when he is your boss and worse still your spiritual leader (The epitome of goodness). People are asking for evidence. We all know deep down that the evidence exists. We just want to see it sha. I applaud Ese for doing what she thinks is right. In as much as I do not indulge nor condone what Pastor Biodun did in any form, I am still struggling with understanding what Ese's objective for this was.
In all fairness,I will not outrightly condemn the pastor; it has always been the reward of a person who forgets 2 things:
1. your pastor is first a human being before being a pastor.
2. You are to look up to Jesus,not man.
In conclusion, I am although disappointed, but I do not expect us to blow this thing out of proportion.
