Jude 'Engees' Okoye donates N1million to brain tumor patient, Ibezim Osemeke

                                    Jude Okoye                                                                Ibezim Jude Osemeke

On Saturday July 28th, I put up a post on this blog asking for donations for brain tumor patient, Ibezim Jude Osemeke. (If you missed it, read it HERE) Ibezim needed 3.7 million for surgery in India.

Jude 'Engees' Okoye, the elder brother of Paul and Peter Okoye popularly known as P-Square, saw the post and contacted me and the Ibezim family. As soon as he confirmed Ibezim really needed help ASAP, the prolific music director who recently lost his mum, made a N1 million donation.

Jude didn't particularly want his donation made public but I had to convince him to let me talk about it. For one, my amebor won't let me..hehe, and two, talking about his generosity is a way to encourage others to give...to make a difference in someone's life. I know for sure Ibezim is beyond ecstatic about this donation and is extremely grateful. Other LIB readers are also donating. May God bless you all. May God bless Jude Okoye. May God bless LIB. We do good here!

What makes story even better is that with the mum's funeral costs, the fact that he was still able to give money like this towards someone else's cost. God bless you Jude.

Wowwwww!!!this so rare coming from a music director,if only Nigeria can produce more of ur kind, then this country will be a better place for us all... Jude may ur pocket never run dry...its worth the publicity.

So nice of him. God will definitely reward him, good measure, pressed down and running over. Linda, I wish you the same. Meanwhile, is Jude single? If he is, I would like to see a lone connection between him and the lovely Ms. Ikeji (if all things agree like compatibility and all :) ).

This is a moment to be proud of. The Okoyes have always bn a plus to anybody that comes across them. It might not be financial but something in them must make u smile. Their humility stands out. The money might mean so much but the giver's heart means more. God bless u Jude, God bless Linda and I tap from this blessing in Jesus Name, Amen.

Lol @Anon 1:09: deterrent is sth that deters/limits, that makes ur last sentence absolutely ironic & inappropriate. Try one of 'motivation', 'encouragement', 'inspiration', or 'standard'. *ThankMeLater*
