Xiao Mei, 23, of Benxi, Northeast China's Liaoning province, gets a massive tumor removed from behind her ear after it grew almost to the size of another head. Xiao was born with a small tumor on the back of the head, though the rapid tumor growth began two years ago.
Doctor's at Xinhua Hospital had to use a patch of skin from Xiao Mei's thigh to cover the scar left from the removal of the 1.8 kg tumor. Xiao is now recovering from the surgery.

That is the biggest tumor I have seen ever dreamt of...medical surgery has improved a great bit and this is unbelievable.
