* Adama Diallo - Senegal
Adama was one of three winners in the 2007 Elite Model Look France. She was only 16. She signed with Elite Paris and has graced the pages of several magazines. Her catwalk has had many in the industry sit up and take notice. We will be seeing more of her in the future.
*Gloria Mika - Gabon
A designer favorite, Gloria Mika has used her platform to make a difference for the people of Gabon.
*Zamajobe - South Africa
This jazz artist is a hot commodity in South Africa. Her style is unique and has earned her awards in the music scene. Her elegance brings great style to the jazz scene.
*Lupita Nyong'o - Kenya

na wah o, beauty and sexiness is only associated with being tall and skinny these days even in Africa where the curves and roundness of a woman was a much desired thing a couple of decades back but now western ideals have so infiltrated our consciousness that this list doesn't have one woman who is of average height and weight. Sexy comes in all shapes and sizes, they should just call the list "Africa's Top Ten Sexiest Models of 09."

Good list, I honestly thought sexiest models til I reread the title. The ladies from all the countries except Liz Ahmed are hot. Liz Ahmed is a Naija chic (O Lawd, why)...on ray J of love too, can we dash her to the Russians lol. Sexy comes in all shapes and sizes but this is what sells to those who care, for the rest of us, we actually know what sexy constitutes of (beauty and brains), I need them to highlight the gorgeous women (like the Gabon model) that are doing something for their respective communities, in this day and age....THAT'S HOT!!!. That list is whack, I agree Sarah Ofili should be on it, but completely disagree with Nonhle Thema cos she's not naturally pretty, always made up and all.
If people think omotola or genny should be on the list, then Nonhle Thema should be on there too. There are too many sexy African women out there, and really can't be narrowed down to just one. I like the fact that the list is not full of people we already know, but people that we don't know that well. Honestly, when we start looking at East Africa, other parts of West or South Africa, there are too many gorgeous women, that Nigerian women will actually come last, not to say naija women are ugly, but I'm just saying that they are not all that either. Maybe, bcos some nigerian girls are just too overconfident, and it's a turn off.

Most important, beauty comes in skin shades, all hair textures, and what makes you beautiful, is your intelligence, attitude, and who you are as a person.

Amber Rose is half Carpe Verde, she could be on the list. I agree Sarah Ofili too even though she's yet to be more in the public eye for people to know are as a person.

@ Anony, I think u are right, naija girls are pretty but the list says sexy and i agree that naija girls go fit take last o! compared to those eastern n southern girls. We have strong beautiful looks but i dont see alot of sexiness with us. its either we over do or lack, if u get me...

I have my heavy duty glasses on. Nigerian women are not all that, but they always think they are the hottest thang, for some reason. If you want to see beautiful, sexiest, hottest African women, go outside Nigeria, and you will be amazed. I've met different beautiful African women, and I will say Nigerian women will probably be the least on the list.
