Whether or not he withdraws the suit, he doesn't have a good case. It is only normal to see such a weak-kneedness in him. To have over 10 million naira without declaring it is enough financial crime here in Nigeria. If he claims his rights were infringed upon, he should be aware that he was a suspect of high profile crime and is expected to assist the law enforcement agencies with information on the recovered treasure.
