INEC is very much ready to conduct the election according to Jega, but security is not under Inec but GEJ and he has used that to bully Inec into shifting the date.

The military has been used again! This time to arm-twist INEC into postponing the planned election, despite the commission's emphasis on its preparedness to conduct the election. It's a shame and deceit for the military to say they cannot provide security because they're engaging insurgency in the North-East, so our military has been incapacitated to such an extent? If they've been unable to ensure security in the NE for over a year now, how credible is this claim to stabilize the NE region in 6weeks? This whole orchastration is dubious and crafty.
