Is anything wrong in having opposition in an election? I think the president needs to re-awaken his conscience. Let us for once be pragmatic and let us reason together. Buhari said he is the agent of change yet he is running away from debate. Let him come and tell us his motives and his plans.

I heard a question and answer session which involved Buhari and Channels reporter. He asked Buhari how he will steer the economy in the face of falling global oil price. Buhari responded by saying he will stabilize the global oil price. Can you imagine? Even Obama cannot control the oil prices.
We need to know if this was a mistake or that is who he is? We need to know what kind of change he is bringing so that we won't send rat away and bring in snake. Let him stand before intelligent folks and answer series of questions to help the unbelieve and strenghten the faith of his supporters. Not all this one minutes campaign speech, the dancing of shoki by Fashola nor the Shouting and Cracking of Oshiomole's voice. Let the president to be come out and defend himself on the issue of certificates and his affiliation with Boko haram, the statement he made about baboons will soak in blood and making the current administration ungovernable. such issues cannot be swept under the carpet and APC should not treat this as a party issue, it is a national issue.

How come presidential debate has suddenly become a must-attend for every candidate as a basis for qualifying to have our votes in 2015, but it was not important for GEJ to do in 2011 when he sought our votes, and yet we gave him our votes back then!
I personally canvassed for GEJ in 2011, even amidst a respected colleague assuring me that I will be disappointed because GEJ did not have the capacity and courage to steer Nigeria in the way I imagined.
