As a Nigerian who's been used to power outage, I didn't expect that to be a surprise to you. I was actually in London the same time this happened but sincerely speaking, I felt normal with it and didn't even see that as a big deal cos to me, that's our normal way of life. A lot others were fidgeting and complaining but I was just good and I didn't remember it again until today.
