The Consultation with Marian Anazado

Imagine walking into a heated argument to discover the parties involved were neither arguing over sports nor money but were in a heated discussion on oral health and how we needed to pay more attention to it. I’m sure you are thinking that’s less than likely to happen unless you were in a dental clinic. But thinking about it deeply you wonder why less and less of us are interested in oral hygiene besides brushing once or twice a day and doing all we can to ensure that our breath doesn’t stink.

In addition to fresh breath and White teeth, there is so much more to know, for instance even though the enamel on your teeth are the strongest part of your body, using your teeth to break ice could crack your teeth instead of cracking the ice (If a ship as big as the Titanic could be destroyed by ICE what do you think it would do to your teeth), now imagine telling people you lost your teeth while trying to break ice.

I guess we all share the same excuse when it comes to a subject like oral health, its BORING and it becomes even more boring when you either have to read about it (yawn) or pay through your nose for a consultation with a dentist in his office. So when I heard this on radio it caught my attention

Listen to the consultation below...

A radio programme that boasts to be the A to Z of oral health in fifteen minutes, served in the most entertaining manner and hosted by someone you could only refer to as a sweetheart Marian Anazodo

The Consultation is a one of its kind Radio programme that features a dentist every week in what I call a casual chat with Marian, features segments like – The weekly top 3 – Fact Teeth segment and a perfect blend of music to go with it…….with a programme that offers education, entertainment and information, my genius instincts immediately yelled SET YOUR ALARM and that will be my advise to you to

Linda even with all the money you make and even coming here to the US your own teeth still yellow. For just about $500, you could have spent one hour in most cosmetic dental office and get four shades. I'm pretty sure you are still using local manual brush (Igbo) instead of Philips Sonic electric brush with diamond head to remove those age long Tartar (Olukpu eze) Just like the British, Nigerian are having yellow teeth and that grosses me out. Brushing alone doesn't cut it. There are a bunch of over the counter stuff by Crest to use for cheap though not like dental office whitening. Bad breath could be as a result of a lot of factors. If you have halitosis, sure brushing still does not cut it alone. That Sensodyne toothpaste is only good for teeth sensitivity and there a lot of good ones doing the same thing anyway

Linda if you like publish ojare

@first anonymous....where you being funny? serious question, if you were then please disregard my comment, otherwise you are just a faceless, worthless poor excuse for a human being. Why would you say that about someone on their own blog? are you that pathetic that you had to say something demeaning about another person? does it make you feel better about yourself or were you just having a temporary brain fart??

Ewwwwwwwooooooooo Anonymous December 20, 2012 12:53 AM hehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe. Thank you o jare for the positive yab.

All these so called celebrities in naija annoy me, you'll see them looking all glammed up flashing yellow, dirty, plaque teeth. Dental floss is not expensive, regular teeth whitening pastes are not expensive. I was close to a highly placed popular person the other day, i swear if i turned green immediately she opened her mouth. I was so embarrassed for her. Linda no be only bag and shoe dey America o hian!lead the way with FAB teeth
