This incident happened in the early hours of today 15 October around 4am, in Jenta Adamu, Jos, Plateau state. The man said to be 35 years old, attacked and killed his own mother by chopping off her head with a machete after accusing her of being a witch. When youths in the area heard what he had done, they pounced on him, tied him up and beat him to a coma. They then called the police who took him away. Whether he will survive or even already dead is what I don't know. But see photos from the brutal beating after the cut...

What he did, if found guilty is punishable by death. so what was the point of the youths beating him to this extent and he looks lifeless, probably he wouldn't survive it.
