The most important thing both women should be celebrating is the birth of new life and making plans on how to give those little girls good quality upbringing etc. I think I can bank on Beyonce for that, she's got a good head on her shoulders, Kim is a bit ditsy and flaky (but I hear motherhood has a tendency to cause women to become more mature and responsible)... However, on a less serious note, that mouth wey Blue Ivy collect from im papa no help matters but she received enough of her mother's looks to more than make up for it.... Both babies are splendid and more importantly will not lack the finer things in life.
