Glo Splashes Millions On Ambassadors. The Exact Amount Each Got And Why D’Banj, Sunny Neji, Pasuma Are Yet to Receive Offer

Telecommunication giant, Globacom unveiled its new ambassadors few days back in Lagos amidst pomp and pageantry. The contracts of existing ambassadors were also renewed and the company introduced rave group artistes, P-Square as its newest ambassadors.

After (a very reliable source) made series of investigations and inquiries on the new deal, this is the amount each ambassador is to be paid for the next two years.

P-Square - N35 Million for two years and a branded Land Cruiser Jeep which will soon be delivered to them
Basketmouth - N30 Million for two years
Sammie Okposo - N25 million for two years
Ego Ogbaro - N15million for two years
Ramsey Noah, Kate Henshaw and Chioma Chukwuka-Akpota were signed for N30 million for two years. Other Nollywood stars were signed for N20 Million for two years or below.

On why D’Banj is yet to sign the contract, read more >>
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was gathered that his fee was reduced from N70 Million to N40 Million and his contract has lots of clauses due to his face-off with the company during the Rock & Rule concert series organised by Globacom. So far, D’Banj is still the highest paid Globacom ambassador; but it appears he is taking his time before signing a new contract.

In the case of Pasuma and Sunny Neji, their fees have been reduced by 40% and they both seemed not to be happy about it. This explains why they shunned the event and are yet to sign the new contract. They were initially paid N20 Million each for two years but the new contract reads N12 Million for both acts for the next two years. They have made their intentions known about the fees but Globacom seems to have taken their final position on the matter.

wow dem don hammer. good for them. i jst hope they use the money wisely because methinks the real actors/actresses in the industry who r still good r supposed to get the money as i still think ppl still love the (olu, pete, saint obi, ngozi ezeonu, patience ozokwor, lanre balogun, etc)of this world. i think a few yoruba peeps shud be there, well i guess they r giving the money to the rave of the moments stars to promote their product, and most ppl watch english films more than language films both in nigeria and abroad.
