Hi Linda, i'm an eyewitness to this incident, this is what happened: LASTMA personnel arrested a this commercial Bus driver because he used a spare key to remove his vehicle that they (LASTMA) impounded from him some days ago without their consent. Today he was rearrested by the law school and in an attempt to resist such arrest, he (driver) stripped himself naked in the middle of the road and hence the Man O War were invited to assist to drag him out from the road and abate the nuisance.
But who gave those LCC Boys scout or whatever they call them the right to do that. it seems everybody dat wears uniform even if its skool uniform can commit such inappropriate behaviour to another fellow human being.
