This is what we are talking about...Christians making a change in the world and helping others in all possible ways. Not buying private jets and telling us that God is not against wealth. Look at the amazing amounts Bill Gates gives to charity every year. Yet he hasn't solved 1/4 the problems the world has.Lesson: There is always something to be done with money. There is always a hungry person, a sick person, a jobless person out there who needs your help. Building billion naira temples and buying expensive cars with customised plates is not the solution. Christians wake up. Our brothers and sisters in the north are being persecuted everyday just because they are christians. We need to sow positive seeds in people's lives, not in some pastor's personal pocket. Encourage your pastors to help the needy. They are there to help others and not themselves.

First off, how much does that ambulance cost and why is it making news? Secondly, Israel is a more developed country than Nigeria and they surely can afford more than that so why this one ambulance. Thirdly, why don't we hear of contributions made to Nigeria, is it a sin to let us know what you have done for us?

When the church fast 40days,100 days praying for the nation, its a big contribution to change the course of events in the nation which I am sure u won't do. When they preach to many to change their ways , its a big contribution to refine those who harm others which you won't do either . When they give to orphanages,hospitals , prisons etc they are all contributions even though you never read them on LIB. I'm not impressed. Until the redeemed church thought it wise to donate to the local communities wherein they have their churches, then, and only then, will this kind of gift impress me. Our local hospitals are in dire need of resuscitation, yet, u see individuals and organizations capable of helping out turning the other way while playing philanthropists abroad. Isreal has one of the best health care systems in the world and don't need a church from a locality where the health care system is dead, playing father Christmas. God must surely question churches of these days for making so much money from their congregations while allowing their local communities to wither in dire need. Churches these days are no longer like the orthodox churches of the old that preached the gospel while building schools and hospitals. Shame on our present day churches!!
