The first thing that came to my mind seeing that Obama Pic was----"this is one of those 'photo shop' tricks"!.............technology is so advanced these days that every picture must be considered 'engineered' until proven otherwise!....

The obama photo was not 'photo shop'. They aired the video on Fox News and it turned out that photos are sometimes deceptive and do not capture the real situation. In the video he appeared to be helping another lady (who is not shown in the picture but in the video) down the steps so he looked back.
Even if he did look at the girls booty. So? He is not God o! He is human. Some people take this Obama thing too far.
