Police nab physically disabled man attacking people with broken down vehicles in Lagos
Operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested a man terrorizing motorists in Lagos. The man (pictured) attacks people with broken down vehicles at night and two full teams were deployed to arrest him after he stabbed two passengers recently. Another photo after the cut.

He attacks and cause dent on car bodies without provocation thinking that you will come down and challenge him in the process his accomplish will Robb and clean out your car. Kudos to RSS for this one you have arrested please act on this information too.
