Interpol re-arrests son of Adamawa Chief of Staff, Suleiman Abba Jimeta

Operatives of the International Police, INTER-POL, have reportedly re-arrested the first son of the Chief of Staff to Adamawa State Governor, Abdurrahman Abba Jimeta.

Suleiman Abba Jimeta, Alias Babajo, was earlier arraigned alongside four others for burglary and car theft and then released on bail.

A Daycare worker, Afsana Shaikh, was caught on CCTV slapping and kicking a baby so hard that the infant suffered a fractured skull and internal bleeding.
Shaikh was captured beating nine-month-old Ritisha Sinha during nap time at the day care centre in western India.

A school head teacher who defiled his 13-year-old pupil over incomplete homework has been sentenced to 25 years imprisonment will serve 25. Alex Otieno, also the proprietor of Starlet Academy in Nakuru, was convicted of the offence by a Nakuru court on Thursday, November 24th. The 36-year-old father of three was charged that he committed the offence between April 30, 2013 and July 19, 2013 at Dundori in Nakuru County.

Cuba's former president Fidel Castro, dies aged 90

Cuban revolutionary icon Fidel Castro died late Friday in Havana, his brother, President Raul Castro, announced on national television.

"The commander in chief of the Cuban revolution died at 22:29 hours this evening,"

He provided no further details. Fidel Castro ruled Cuba as a one-party state for almost half a century before handing over the powers to his brother Raul in 2008.

Man is found not guilty of raping his pregnant girlfriend while she was in labour

A man who was accused by his girlfriend of raping her while she was heavily pregnant and in labour, has been found not guilty of the rape charge on Friday, after a half an hour deliberation, following a five-day trial at Hull Crown Court.
The man allegedly attacked his partner while she was naked, on her hands and knees trying to relieve the pain of her contractions after going into labour at home in Hull, East Yorkshire.

Few days ago, the hashtag #JesusinNairobi trended online after Kenyans discovered a man who looked like a fresco of Jesus. A picture of another man dressed in  old swathes and tie up leather sandals have began to trend with a lot of Kenyans believing he is the look alike of Prophet Elijah. 16 year-old Indian boy, Mithun Chauhan, has his entire face and body covered in large swollen lumps, which Indian doctors have identified as neurofribroma, noting that there is no cure for the severest form of the disorder. Like most 16-year-old boys, Mithun Chauhan's mind is occupied by three things: Going to school, playing with his friends and meeting girls. But after a rare genetic condition left his body covered in large swollen lumps, he has convinced himself that he is destined to go through life alone.
