Police nab physically disabled man attacking people with broken down vehicles in Lagos

Operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested a man terrorizing motorists in Lagos. The man (pictured) attacks people with broken down vehicles at night and two full teams were deployed to arrest him after he stabbed two passengers recently. Another photo after the cut.

    Most of the disabled people are very wicked, just like that crippled one that was beaten by soldiers in Onitsha sometime ago.

    There is also one ugly and devilis disabled man on crutches with scar face with foul language as one descends fro Apongbon bridge to join outer Marina. He pretends to be a beggar but with sinister motives and accomplish hind some where. He attacks and cause dent on car bodies without provocation thinking that you will come down and challenge him in the process his accomplish will Robb and clean out your car.
