Target store in Milestone
Center, Montgomery County, Maryland.
Police have arrested 27 year old Donald
Wayne Bricker Jr for the murder. According to NBC Washington, witnesses said they saw Shade and Donald involved in some sort of altercation
inside a vehicle prior to the shooting. Shade then got out of the
vehicle and Donald followed.
