He once called on Jonathan to stop fighting boko haram. We as all remember his infamous " an attack on boko haram is an attack on the entire north" statement.He is an advocate for VIP treatment for boko haram fighters. Buhari and his handlers want to deceive Nigerians that boko haram is also against him and that is why they have continued the bombing even after Jonathan has left. The don't want to end the bombing immediately Buhari took over. It will be very suspicious. That's why they have continued the bombing. Boko haram violence is all politically motivated in order to return power back the north.
