The lady to the right is Asa Rotha Ramani who is a cast member of the Shahs of Sunset that airs on BravoTV. She is dating Jermaine Jackson Jr (left of photo) who happens to be late Michael's nephew. She has not always had that back side, as you can see from these photos from a couple years ago, so either she adds weight in the most rightful places or she indeed went the Kardashian way:
