Can't things like ordinary renovation be done without the white man's supervision ? Colomentality in our new age of change. Buhari will not tolerate this. How sad.

Absolutely necessary. Its in order. Linda take note!

Nigerian Politicians will always complain there is no money... They can afford to owe civil servant 2,3 months salary, but they give priority to anything that concerns them, even when such is not necessary... What is the need for the renovation when civil servants are being owed?

Unknown said...

Ok

Y is Fashola renovating the house does Ambode have the same taste like u. Abi na way to give ur girlfriend contract? If they come, the wife will start another round of renovation.

Anonymous said...

No hating..... Is this this government that we voted for for a change? Black men working hard under the sun and one oyinbo dey inspect them.... Don't we have Nigerians that can take the contract and do it well? Hummm.... If we are to see change it should start from now... Africans need to drop this mentality of bringing white me to what they themselves can do best.... Black Man know yourself.

So Lagosians and multitude of unemployed youths in Nigerian do not have enough local content skill to carry out the painting of ordinary residential apartment rather than employing Julius Berger ? Just asking pls.

Anonymous said...

Im sure its julius berger. They renovate all old govt buildings in Lagos. Also they sell equipment at a ridiculous discount to the state govt s.a their water vessels, speedboats, road dividers, trucks. e.t.c. i think its a good scratch me i scratch you relationship.

FYI Julius berger Nigeria is a nigerian company, listed on the nigerian stock exchange, owned by nigerians. The federal govt didnt give them contracts anymore until they moved in permanently under military rule.
