The student is technically correct. If you eat food that has been poisoned deliberately or not and the individual dies as a result, it is food poisoning. Does not have to be unexpected. It could be deliberate. The facts you need is that the medium is food, the agent is poison, and the outcome is poisoning. Nigerians cannot grade students ability to think because they are expecting regurgitation of their silly notes.

The person is right, someone told me that he contacted food poisoning back in the 90's and I was ALARMED.
