Nice of him
RIP to a great man.
He was the chairman of the Rivers State Scholarship Board and he understood the sufferings of the students not being paid. Our dear Governor if you really want to honour him, then pay your RSSB students their money.
You won't be proud to see how they are leaving in the UK. Some don't even have money to come back and those they are owing think if they come back they'll abscond without paying them. Help this people or put them in the shoes of your children.
The researchers have been shut from using the school labs and system. It's an embarrassment to our state that students are owed for close to 3 years now.
God help us.
