I dont know if Voguepay is watching the comment here closely, if they are, am glad they will read this one.
If this contest is not some kind of a joke, the NO1 person should be disqualified. I had been watching since yesterday, I dont know if anyone observed, he got more votes than even his page seen. How can that be possible.
By logic, if a page is not seen, how can one make any action on it....which suggest that, he must be using some kind of ugly way to vote
I observed till this morning, then I had to take a screen shot, and keep it, till Voguepay will announce such a person as the number one winner...
Others please observe, and if they change it, I have already taken a screen shot
and behold, Nigerians, am sure some of you took the screenshot too, now check what we have here...something magical has happened. Watch out!

In this contest, our goal is to ensure that it is fair to all; hence a single vote is assigned per IP.
