I hope it is Abakiliki rice and if it is not, it will be a huge irony that a state regionally for its rice production will be distributing imported rice.
This does not make any sense! If a state wants to donate anything to federal agents, it should not be done directly to the agency; besides, is the donation coming from personal purse or state fund?
