Let them attack, drag, dismember, and burn any rapist they catch henceforth and we'll all see that rape will be drastically reduced in India. The cases of rape there is disgustingly high. I swear. We need this in Nigeria! Any rapist that is caught should 1st of all have his dick sawed off very slowly, then let pepper be applied to the wound. After that, he should be dragged by his neck till he dies! Especially those who rape children. Let this be done to just one rapist and you will see how the rest will control themselves! I don't care how barbaric or cold I sound, but rapists deserve such!
