Lol. Some of these people have no sense. The Economist shared a link to a story on its site with the question on whether an insect could be responsible for Africa's underdevelopment. Imagine! Trust Africans, they came in their forces on twitter to slam the site. See some tweets after the cut...

Let no one say Europe and colonialism did this..how can u say the white man controls ur knowledge yet u can go to top universities overseas and graduate with top grades but when u come back and become leaders, u choose to just enrich urselves and develop nothing. ..only FASHOLA in all of our years of independence I can say has done well, if only others will do same in every state hmmmmm
