The build and design;
Whether you are looking at the QWERTY-laden Q series or the touchscreen Z series, one thing you can be assured of is rock-solid design and build quality. There are no rough edges or compromises – your BlackBerry will still turn heads, even the Z3 did with its clearly etched logo on the back. And yes, based on experience, it certainly can take a fall easily.
The keyboard;
You can have all the SWYPE keyboards in Android land and even the superbly crafted keyboard on the iPhone, but nothing really comes close to the 'real' iconic QWERTY keyboard on the Q series or even the predictive text on the Z series, which predicts words so accurately (even in Hindi) that after a while, you can write entire sentences by just hitting a few keystrokes. If you like typing long messages and mails, you will love the BBs.
Android might be a wiz at handling social networks and e-mail, but it is still not a patch on BlackBerry, whose hub integrates all your messages from social networks and your mails in one screen that is only a swipe away from your homescreen. The Facebook and Twitter apps are made by BlackBerry and work very smoothly, and the notification system is effective too.
Security;
Terrified of losing the data on your device or of malware? A BB remains one of the most secure platforms around. Their CEO even took a poke at Android's security features recently.
Web browsing;
Not too many people seem to know this, but the browser on BlackBerry OS 10 is one of the best around in mobile devices. No worrying about Flash compatibility and the like. You will more often than not end up getting Web pages just the way you see them on your desktop.

The BlackBerry Passport is big –– very BIG –– it’s square AND it has a physical keyboard, which also doubles as a trackpad for scrolling around menus, apps and webpages. And all of that has caused a lot of people to write the handset off as nothing more than a mobile version of a bearded lady, labelling it a freak that’s kind of interesting but hardly convenient in normal, everyday life. But here’s the thing: this sentiment couldn’t be further from the truth.
Measuring in at 128 x 90.3 x 9.3 mm, the BlackBerry Passport, like all good things, is more than a handful. You can’t really use it comfortably with one hand, but so what? I can’t use my Infinix with one hand all that well. Ditto the iPhone 6 Plus. The Passport weighs in at 196g and is heavier than anything the company has ever produced. It is also more premium than anything BlackBerry has turned out in living memory, with a gorgeous metal frame, high-grade polycarbonate backing, pitch-perfect keyboard, and an ultra-high-resolution 4.5in display.
As I see it there are two talking points regarding the Passport’s design: it’s keyboard and the display. The former is a full QWERTY setup arranged over three rows with the space bar housed centrally on the bottom line of keys. BlackBerry says this is the best keyboard it has ever produced, and it really is –– it surpasses the Q10’s setup in everyway. And the main reason for this is because it is A LOT smarter. On top of that it is more fully integrated with BB10 and the overall experience of using the phone.
I really liked the BlackBerry Q10 and used it as my daily driver for a good six months, but in the end I still ended up going back to Android. I Know the Passport is better than the Q10 because it takes the principles that made it great (an excellent QWERTY combined with a decent OS) and evolves it into a handset that feels like a proper, full-on 2014 flagship – something that can and will (in some instances) replace an iPhone or Android handset and this is my option on this wonder called Passport.
Why I love blackberry phones?,actually I don't!!.
The first phone I ever bought with my money didn't last up to 24hrs,that was a blackberry phone, the screen broke!!, Sat on it mistakenly. I bought that phone with my hard saved money.I couldn't even fix it because I didn't have the money to fix it.that was years back and I swore then NEVER to purchase a phone with my money and NEVER to use a blackberry phone!..

I first started using BlackBerry phones in December 2011, and since then I've been hooked. I started with a Bold 5.
Crazy as it sounds, I used four BlackBerry Bold 5 phones within a space of 11 months. The first got bad within a week, I got another one and when it was stolen within a few days, I said, "alright I'm done!" - I was sad I spent a lot of money on phones, which didn't last .I made up my mind to buy another kind of phone.
I got to a phone shop to get a new phone, I don't know how it happened, but I ended up going home with another Bold 5. lol.
I used that Bold 5 for 9 months, and it crashed. I went to a phone shop to get another type of phone, but "what happened in 1976,happened again " ,Another Bold 5! .Glad nothing happened to that one (smile), I used it for a couple months then gave it out ,when BB10 was released .
BlackBerry phones are addictive, at least to me. That explains why I kept going back, inspite of all my ill luck with the Bold 5. The features are just amazing- I love the latest OS, the Camera, BBM,BlackBerry Hub,Unique Notifications , etc. I got my contacts back, any time I got a new BlackBerry !
I use a Z10 now,I've had it since October last year and I haven't had any reason to complain.
I love the fact that BlackBerry phones are better than ever before, and I pray that BlackBerry phones will always be available because I'm addicted.
I've read amazing reviews of the BlackBerry Passport, and I'd be ecstatic if I get to use one.

1.email at a go
2.it's querty keyboard.
3.compressed data settings.this for me is d best, with the high rate of data subscription in Nigeria I can browse any website without fear.
Though more work need's to be done on the battery life but my blackberry is still a must have.

Blackberry simply made my social life and browsing easy. It connects me to people that I have never met before. I write a lot, so I enjoy using the Memo pad . The Memo pad makes me want to write all day long. I also like the way I can navigate my apps. I can work on so many apps at the same time. I like the Qwerty pad, I can close my eyes and type correctly on my BB. The Blackberry subscription is cheap and fast. I also like the BB group section. I have met great people through the BB group section. I like the BB facebook app. I can upload my pictures with ease. I like the app world, its simply amazing and ovulation app has placed a smile on my face. Blackberry is simply amazing. I also like LED signal. I don't like noise so the LED signal makes it easy for me to know I have a message. I love my Bold 5. It has lasted for 2 years now. I like the durability of my Bold 5, quite simple to carry around. I am a fresh graduate and I work with a Bank and I have never had a better smart phone both for my social life and business needs.
Aside how cute it sometimes looks I receive mails on the go, always online on social platforms because of an affordable internet service (BIS) I just still can't get over the amazing QWERTY keyboard.
I can type up to 50 words per minutes sometimes without having to glace through the keyboard and the way my fingers presses over the keys is just Unexplainable, your hand naturally knows where to go and where to be.
It's just feels so great when you continue typing and its putting apostrophe, full stops, even while using short hand where it's supposed to be, so all you need do is continue typing.
My God!!! the feeling can't just be over emphasized ... God bless your initiative.
I love blackberry phone because I can subscribe monthly on it. I am a student who don't have a laptop but having a blackberry makes it easier for to do my assignments and project work without hassle. Blackberry have high browsing speed which makes browsing fast, it also has a fine/high resolution camera effects that makes taking pictures fun and exciting.

My Blackberry is amazing. I lost it a couple of years ago and like a kind of tracking device, I was able to find it few months later with the help of it's unique BBM identity pin. Other missing items were also recovered. Even the thief was stunned at how he was easily discovered. It's ability to reduce the sizes of mp3 audio and video downloads is twice as amazing. Why I prefer Bb,especially my bb10:
1.Most android users will not install apps required to solve these problems 4 example one would argue that the screenshot problem in versions of android older than 4.0 can be solved by installing the right app.however,I bet that 99percent of affected android users will not install these apps and so the problems will not be resolved for them.2.A feature being integrated into the O.S itself will usually work better than solutions require installing the app.
More secure:This point can be summarised as saying Blackberry is a company whose business revolves around privacy and secure communication.
Blackberry doesn't have a malware problem as android does whether this is due to bb10's marketshare or whether it is because bb10 is inherently more secure is anyone's guess bt the fact remains that android has a problem with malware e.g fake I'd which affects every version of android currently in use up to kitkat where it was patched.
3.Superior Update process for devices,especially non-flagships(1st and 3rd party.
4.Contol permissions allocated to apps(android instead requires that you accept everything.

Blackberry smartphone will remain the best smartphone ever because of the following reasons.
1. Simplicity of its operation: compare to android or window phone or even iphone blackberry still remain the best phone that considers the user friendliness

Just over a year ago I published three reasons I wouldn’t switch
my BlackBerry for an iPhone: the red indicator light, the physical
keyboard and BBM.
The first two reasons still remain true for me today. As for BBM, my
contact list was dwindling even back in December 2011 when I first wrote
about my BlackBerry loyalty. Now it’s down to one regular contact. Plus,
I can chat with any of my Android and iPhone friends via WhatsApp so
BBM has become less important.
But that red indicator light? I love it as much as I ever have. I noted in my
last post that iPhones don’t have a tiny little light that flashes when
there’s a new message or alert. That’s still the case. And as one recent
Blackberry to iPhone convert put it, “That’s what I miss most about my
BlackBerry. Now I have to turn my phone on to check if I have new
messages.”
(I should note I’ve seen indicator lights on Androids including the
Samsung Galaxy which has an app that allows you to pick different color
indicator lights for different types of alerts. One color for email and
another for text, for example. Pretty cool.)
My physical keyboard is still a dealbreaker. I won’t give up on it and
neither have other loyal BlackBerry fans. I’ve still never lost a typing race
to my iPhone or Android friends, and typo free might I add. I have not met
a single person who says they prefer touchscreen keyboards over the
physical one I have.
So when BlackBerry, formerly known as Research In Motion, launched its

My Blackberry is amazing. I lost it a couple of years ago and like a kind of tracking device, I was able to find it few months later with the help of it's unique BBM identity pin. Other missing items were also recovered. Even the thief was stunned at how he was easily discovered. It's ability to reduce the sizes of mp3 audio and video downloads is twice as amazing. It is indeed a masterpiece for the 21st century.

BlackBerry has revolutionalise our way of life. I like blackberry for it has bridged the link between me and my clients through prompt and effective data communication. I remembered sometime ago when my boss asked me to do something for her I had to quickly make use of a friend's blackberry to send an email and attached requisite docs for I have non at the time. The blackberry saved me the stress of traveling several miles to the office to make use of the Internet for it was a weekend. That incident endeared me to my boss for I was so prompt. If not for blackberry I would have been in a lot of mess.

BB the HUB can reply to any message in one place without going app to app you know much time that saves???
BB is gesture based I can peek and look at the hub in any app I am in. I can be in any app or game and if I get message from bbm sms or whatsapp I can reply to the message right there and then without leaving the app at all.
we have a built file manage where I can manage my storage for my device internal storage SD card dropbox and box all in one place..on the lock screen preview notifications we can tap and open any message there from the lock screen .
BBM voice calls is extremely clear with natural sound.... everytime I show my BB to people and what it can do its amazing how people are baffled on how smooth and cool the OS . Gaming...productivity...social networking...battery life...on the BB is amazing.
My best is Z10 ,One of my single favorite features found in the Z10 is the HDMI-out port, which lets you easily connect your device to any TV, monitor or display with an HDMI-in port. The HDMI support lets you watch HD video, stream music or share anything else on your device by mirroring its screen on your HD display.
New camera feature in BlackBerry 10 is the TimeShift camera setting, which helps you capture better pictures of groups of people - particularly children, who may have trouble sitting still.

I love BlackBerry phones. The post says, "a short note", but please pardon me because I can't do no short notes on BlackBerry, lol. I start with my experience with BlackBerry phones.
I first started using BlackBerry phones in December 2011, and since then I've been hooked. I started with a Bold 5.
Crazy as it sounds, I used four BlackBerry Bold 5 phones within a space of 11 months. The first got bad within a week, I got another one and when it was stolen within a few days, I said, "alright I'm done!" - I was sad I spent a lot of money on phones, which didn't last .I made up my mind to buy another kind of phone.
I got to a phone shop to get a new phone, I don't know how it happened, but I ended up going home with another Bold 5. lol.
I used that Bold 5 for 9 months, and it crashed. I went to a phone shop to get another type of phone, but "what happened in 1976,happened again " ,Another Bold 5! .Glad nothing happened to that one (smile), I used it for a couple months then gave it out ,when BB10 was released .
BlackBerry phones are addictive, at least to me. That explains why I kept going back, inspite of all my ill luck with the Bold 5. The features are just amazing- I love the latest OS, the Camera, BBM,BlackBerry Hub,Unique Notifications , etc. I got my contacts back, any time I got a new BlackBerry !
I use a Z10 now,I've had it since October last year and I haven't had any reason to complain.
I love the fact that BlackBerry phones are better than ever before, and I pray that BlackBerry phones will always be available because I'm addicted.
I've read amazing reviews of the BlackBerry Passport, and I'd be ecstatic if I get to use one.

In additio what ever music am playing displays fot my friend s to see through my BBM...if I use my bb to post on my Facebook or Twitter my bb will ask me if I wsnt to update it on m BBM , ith that I ve all my BBM friends as facebook friend. Hmmmmm let me tekl you people this if you lost you BB phone and did black berry protect with your location on you csn locate where your phone is and alsi you can find out who is u sing your phone.

Blackberry as a phone is very unique as it 1) makes communication easier through its very popular chat network "bbm".
2) Its Internet subscription is affordable as with 1,500 for eg I can enjoy easy Internet access.
3) Most blackberry phones are affordable to the average individual in the society as not just the wealthy in the society that get an opportunity to use it.
4) One amazing thing is that with BlackBerry 10 especially Q10, when my bis is off, I still have free bbm access for a while till I renew my subscription.
5) The new bbz now can access instagram which is enjoyed by not just me but other BlackBerry 10 and BlackBerry android users worldwide.
6) the camera is very clear and also has very nice editing platforms.

The keypads are amazing, life is easy with the blackberry monthly subscription, the entire picture can be cropped as the display picture on BBM unlike the android phones and I receive my mails instantly.

My name is Julia and am a Blackberry freak! My 1st blackberry was Bold 1, I got it early 2009 for 82k. I love the tracking ball and since it was a new invention, it was fun scrolling all through each app. I got Bold 2 for 115k from SLOT Ikeja in DEC. 2009, (I still have my receipt) I love the fact that it was cute and more feminine and the camera was distinct. It was an improvement on the trackball that I love as it was not prone to be faulty. Then I got the BB Torch (Black) Bigger screen, a slide & touch effect. I had issue with the flex so I traded it out after repair to buy another BB Torch in White this time because I liked it. My call log was more visible, I could see most of my picture display in a view, Amazing! As that was the emerging technology we embrace then. Thanks to Blackberry!
At the point I thought I was done with blackberry, here comes BOLD 5 in 2011, the best phone ever made. I bought the black. It was all I wanted. I could push 3 email accounts conveniently, I had 16GB memory card slot in it for more space for my professional pictures and files. Colourful touchscreen display, Camera was superb for me then at 5mega pixel. I love I love I love the phone and CHATTING was easy. My office was practically on my phone then it got stolen. I got a BOLD 2(White) for my mum afterwards and my whole family switched to Blackberry. My brother got the BB Torch.
I got the Q5 when it came out and I knew I missed my BOLD 5 as I wanted more from Blackberry, I got a Z10, and it fell into the toilet while chatting after 3weeks of purchase. WOOW!!! The Blackberry 10 was just the right technology we’ve been waiting for from phones.
Finally, Am using a Z30, I love the Camera, the screen, the apps, my picture display, the Picture password(amazing), the Bedside mode(waoh!). Its fallen several times and my screen all cracked and broken. I just can’t give up on Blackberry; it has made life simple, easy and amazing. Am thinking of getting the Blackberry passport for Christmas, I will be so glad to have it for free from “Santa Blackberry”

Why I love my blackberry:
It's d perfect phone for work and for fun. From Taking pictures while chilling with friends and posting it immediately on social media to getting dat very important email from work. Plus the fact that I can actually read and edit word and excel attachments from work and print them all with my BB! When I'm having a boring day all I have to do is watch my favourite movie, read a novel or play my favourite game.. all on my BB!! There's no limit with my BB10. And of course I keep in touch with my mum, siblings, friends, colleagues and spouse via bbm (which is the still the best instant messaging application to date). I got my BB10 in may and I must confess that although i'm a self proclaimed nerdy and techy person, i'm still discovering all the fantastic things I could do with my BB and will b able to do with my BB in d future (thanks to the frequent software updates). There are soo many reasons why I love my BlackBerry, i've only tried to give the best of the best reasons.. i'd b ecstatic if I get to win the new BlackBerry passport. In fact i'l make myself a by force BlackBerry ambassador bcs i'l always want to tell whoever wants to listen (well those who don't won't have a choice tho..lol) about all the wonders my BlackBerry can do. ;) Cheers!

I, personally love the product for the freedom I get in moving files, and media to and from the device without being controlled by the
Manufacturer and their OS. I like the fact that I can connect my devices through a micro-HDMI cable to my big screen...I LOVE the
ability to have expansion memory in the form of a micro-SD card for my files, that I can remove at any time and insert into another
device.
Emails are fast.....the physical keyboards are the best in the industry....the security is the best in the industry....and BBM...well, what

BB is gesture based I can peek and look at the hub in any app I am in. I can be in any app or game and if I get message from bbm sms or whatsapp I can reply to the message right there and then without leaving the app at all.
we have a built file manage where I can manage my storage for my device internal storage SD card dropbox and box all in one place..on the lock screen preview notifications we can tap and open any message there from the lock screen .
BBM voice calls is extremely clear with natural sound.... everytime I show my BB to people and what it can do its amazing how people are baffled on how smooth and cool the OS . Gaming...productivity...social networking...battery life...on the BB is amazing.

I love my Blackberry! It is my passport to the world and beyond. Even though I use the older 9630 tour, it still does so much for me. This goes on to show how powerful Blackberry is, no matter the model, no matter the number.
My Blackberry allows me to keep in touch first and foremost with family n loved ones.
The ability to multi-task also reduces my workload and increases my efficiency immensely. As a student, I do my research on my Blackberry and this puts me far ahead of my colleagues.
Most of all, if you work hard, you play hard. Lol. Blackberry allows me to do this when I play their very entertainin and educative games, and I take beatiful pics while havin fun.

The answer is simple, the relationship I have with my BlackBerry is mostly out of convenience. It fits my needs perfectly. I am currently the proud owner of a BlackBerry Bold 9900. The top of the line offering from Research In Motion, the Canadian company that produces these phones. I am in love with this phone because it is slim, it has a very responsive touchscreen and an amazing QWERTY keyboard. Its operating system is rock solid though the camera is a decent 5 megapixels. My BlackBerry keep me connected to reality. It does what I need it to do. I can write long emails and documents with it while i am away from the office but most importantly, my phone helps me keep in touch with my family and friends from home who are still on the same platform through BBM and other messaging applications. For example, I found out through a group chat that my best friend’s baby was born. I could go on and on with the tiny things that I think this phone does that distinguishes it from the other offerings out there. Two amazing stand out is that it has a little LED that tells me whether I’ve gotten a tweet or a text depending on the color it lights up and a little publicized feature called WiFi Calling that allows me to make calls from anywhere in the world with no roaming charges provided there’s a wireless internet connection available. Yeah for saving money! But it all boils down to one simple fact this phone works for me. It may not be the fastest or the coolest. people may not line up for it at the stores but given the choice between the popular ones, I will always go for my Blackberry and so, I think do a lot of people too. I believe that when it comes to wireless communication, nothing beats the simple utility of RIM Blackberry smart phone. When apple released their Iphone in 2007 and upgrades its models every year, majority of my friends switched to Iphone and androids because blackberry couldn't compete with the slick interface and proliferation of applications. Even with all these disadvantages, I know that one day RIM will bring the best. Thank God for Blackberry10. The phone has a web browser that keeps up with the competition, voice control and thousands of applications. Blackberry got it perfecfly right with thier devices. I love blackberry because of the devices' user friendliness. Unlike other phones that you read thier manuals as if you are preparing for an exam before you operate them, blackberry devices are so interactive and easy to operate. BB the HUB can reply to any message in one place without going app to app you know much time that saves???
BB is gesture based I can peek and look at the hub in any app I am in. I can be in any app or game and if I get message from bbm sms or whatsapp I can reply to the message right there and then without leaving the app at all.
we have a built file manage where I can manage my storage for my device internal storage SD card dropbox and box all in one place..on the lock screen preview notifications we can tap and open any message there from the lock screen .
BBM voice calls is extremely clear with natural sound.... everytime I show my BB to people and what it can do its amazing how people are baffled on how smooth and cool the OS . Gaming...productivity...social networking...battery life...on the BB is amazing.
My best is Z10 ,One of my single favorite features found in the Z10 is the HDMI-out port, which lets you easily connect your device to any TV, monitor or display with an HDMI-in port. The HDMI support lets you watch HD video, stream music or share anything else on your device by mirroring its screen on your HD display.
New camera feature in BlackBerry 10 is the TimeShift camera setting, which helps you capture better pictures of groups of people - particularly children, who may have trouble sitting still.

The following is a list of great things that make Blackberry devices so great.
PHYSICAL KEYBOARD
I'm bring out all the "guns" right now, the Blackberry Tour has a physical keyboard like lots of other smart phones, but it's not your typical QWERTY keyboard -- no no -- it is the best physical keyboard out there. It is what makes RIM's products and the Blackberry Smart Phones so unique.
RIM just knows how to make keyboards feel ergonomic.
Many argue that the touch screen phones are the future because they contain no buttons, but many people avoid them for phones like the Blackberry and most of the Palm Smart Phones because they have physical keyboards.
Yes one of the the main reasons why the Blackberry Tour is so great is that it contains the best QWERTY keyboard on any Blackberry device to date. I just don't know how RIM keeps on improving on their phones every year, but they do it.
APPS
The Blackberry Tour enjoys the one of the newest things to hit Blackberry devices, the Blackberry App World, where you download applications including games and other features from Blackberry, just like how the iPhone has their app feature.
This is probably the only weak point that the Blackberry Tour has when compared to the iPhone, but it's not a weak feature when it's standing alone amongst other phones.
It comes at no surprise that Apple's iPhone enjoys more apps in its app store, mainly because the app feature has been out for the iPhone for a much longer time than the Blackberry App World was out for the Blackberry devices. Which brings great news to Blackberry owners which will bring the 1000 apps on there up to maybe 10,000 in a year or so. I can see it happening, since new apps are launching all the time.
One of my favorite free apps is "Slacker", which is basically free internet radio, where you select whatever genre of music you like (ex: rock, rap, electric, latin, etc.) and they'll play full songs from that genre for you. You have the option to skip songs you do not like, add artists as your favorite artists so the station plays them more often, black artists or songs that you do not like, look up information on songs and band, and when you find a song you really love you have the option to directly download that song to your Blackberry.
Most importantly, apps can be downlaoded not only from the Blackberry App World, but also from third party places like Crackberry and also from regular old sites. For example, the Gmail website contains the Gmail app, where it updates your email status to instantly as emails arrive.

Blackberry and email come hand-in-hand.
Before Blackberry devices became so popular amongs regular consumers, the Blackberry was a business-only thing, and emailing is a vital part of most businesses.
You can depend on Blackberry for emails, for sure.
You have the option of creating 10 different Blackberry emails "ex: YourName@Verizon.Blackberry.com".
With a push of a button you'll have complete control over your emails and contacts.
They great keyboard comes into play here again, because it is too difficult to type a 500-word email on a touch screen.

The camera on the Blackberry Tour is the best camera on any Blackberry device.
The camera is a 3.2MP camera, complete, with flash and auto-focus.
I've taken many pictures with this thing, and every one of them looked beautiful, as good as any $300 digital camera would make.
The iPhone's major downfall is its camera, in fact, not until its latest iPhone did they add the video features

I dont own a blackberry but from the ones that my siblings are using that i have used a few times, i can say that blackberry company actually do not joke whenever they decide to design their device. Is it the body of the phones, total packaging, instant messaging, security on the emails, QWERTY keyboard, the touch screens, you do things with a difference. I wasnt a fan of blackberry when it first became popular but now i will say am a new convert and i give that to my siblings. Continue to do what i believe you know how to do best.

Why I love my blackberry
*my 1st blackberry was 8900.wow I still remember d feeling I had when I got that phone-swift messaging,3.15mp camera,Geo tagging,qwerty keyboard,micro sd expandable up to 32Gb,blackberry maps etc.wow it was a functional phone which all my peeps love and wanted/eventually got.
*i was so hooked to my blackberry to the extent that when blackberry 9700 was announced I was couldn't just wait to get it which I eventually did am I was glad I did because it came with added features/upgrades eg Bbm,3G network, blackberry os v5.0 upgradable to v6.0, Java enabled,longer battery life etc. I felt I wouldn't need anyother thing from my smartphone because it was just awesome.internet subscription was the cheapest u can get in the country and I seriously needed to cut down on costs on several things so my blackberry subscription was worth the token I was been charged.

The build and design

touchscreen Z series, one thing you can be assured of is rock-
solid design and build quality. There are no rough edges or
compromises – your BlackBerry will still turn heads, even the Z3
did with its clearly etched logo on the back. And yes, based on
experience, it certainly can take a fall easily.
The keyboard
You can have all the SWYPE keyboards in Android land and even
the superbly crafted keyboard on the iPhone, but nothing really
comes close to the 'real' iconic QWERTY keyboard on the Q series
or even the predictive text on the Z series, which predicts words so
accurately (even in Hindi) that after a while, you can write entire
sentences by just hitting a few keystrokes. If you like typing long

Messaging, mail and social networks
Android might be a wiz at handling social networks and e-mail,
but it is still not a patch on BlackBerry, whose hub integrates all

10. Security – There is no debating this one. BlackBerry makes the highest secured mobile phones in the world. There is a reason why the White House uses them and does not allow the President to switch even though he insist on ditching his Blackberry. Am sure most of us dont know this one LOL
11. Email – Simply put, none of BlackBerry’s competitors have been able to match the effectiveness of Blackberry’s distinguished email system.

BB is gesture based I can peek and look at the hub in any app I am in. I can be in any app or game and if I get message from bbm sms or whatsapp I can reply to the message right there and then without leaving the app at all.
we have a built file manage where I can manage my storage for my device internal storage SD card dropbox and box all in one place..on the lock screen preview notifications we can tap and open any message there from the lock screen .
BBM voice calls is extremely clear with natural sound.... everytime I show my BB to people and what it can do its amazing how people are baffled on how smooth and cool the OS . Gaming...productivity...social networking...battery life...on the BB is amazing.
My best is Z10 ,One of my single favorite features found in the Z10 is the HDMI-out port, which lets you easily connect your device to any TV, monitor or display with an HDMI-in port. The HDMI support lets you watch HD video, stream music or share anything else on your device by mirroring its screen on your HD display.
New camera feature in BlackBerry 10 is the TimeShift camera setting, which helps you capture better pictures of groups of people - particularly children, who may have trouble sitting still.

the Passport is up there.
There are better app stores. But you’ll
find ways to manage with what
BlackBerry’s offering.
There are better processors. But the
Passport’s is comfortably capable for
whatever you need.
Double tapping, with the camera
button the worst offender. It appears
in the corner of the screen on startup,
but uselessly so, because you have to
swipe up the home screen before
anything works.
Video quality is excellent;
implementation is laughable. Yes, it’s
a massive screen, but you can knock
an inch off the top and bottom in
order for it to run a letterbox display.
You sometimes have to hit Send twice
for a message – one when you’re
done writing, one to send.
Unforgivable. On other occasions, it’s
just a matter of learning you need to
be out of the document you’ve
opened before sideswiping is enabled
again.
I like that:
Nothing on the market comes close to
organising all your messages quite as
neatly as the Passport. Eyes right:
There are clearer displays on the
market, but none that come to mind
which are better optimised for
browsing and document work.
The battery is by far the best in its
class under strain.
BlackBerry Blend – the software that
allows you to manage everything
your phone does on your desktop,
works. It’s a great way to keep mind
on the job in front of you without
having to constantly switch between
devices. I can’t stress how helpful
this tool is on the train.
It’s still the most intuitive OS on the
market when it comes to swipability
and navigation. It hasn’t lost anything
of what made the Playbook

only serves to show how little time
they’ve actually spent with a
BlackBerry product in the past five

In a nutshell, it won’t win the battle of
specs in the schoolyard or at the bar.
You’ll probably look like a goose if you
try to demo its functionality, bang out a
speedier text or attempt to download the
new app the rest of the group is passing
around.
And yes, people will laugh at its shape
and antiquated keyboard, regardless of
its extremely useful capacitive touch
tricks. This has happened to me at least
once on most days so far.
It will take some time to figure out.
BlackBerry keep reminding me their
product managers are only too happy to
help me find my way through using the
Passport properly. That’s
understandable because they’ve
invested a lot of money, time and
credibility into it.
It’s also a big investment for consumers
too, and they won’t have the luxury of a
BlackBerry PA, so I thought it best to
battle it out on my own.
It’s not the absolute cutting edge
smartphone tech on the market, but even
if it was, it wouldn’t be six months from
now anyway. It’s a productivity tool,
perhaps the best you can buy in the
mobile space, but you’re already 10
times more productive on the go than
you were even a couple of years ago and
that’s quite enough for now.

Why I love my blackberry
*my 1st blackberry was 8900.wow I still remember d feeling I had when I got that phone-swift messaging,3.15mp camera,Geo tagging,qwerty keyboard,micro sd expandable up to 32Gb,blackberry maps etc.wow it was a functional phone which all my peeps love and wanted/eventually got.
*i was so hooked to my blackberry to the extent that when blackberry 9700 was announced I was couldn't just wait to get it which I eventually did am I was glad I did because it came with added features/upgrades eg Bbm,3G network, blackberry os v5.0 upgradable to v6.0, Java enabled,longer battery life etc. I felt I wouldn't need anyother thing from my smartphone because it was just awesome.internet subscription was the cheapest u can get in the country and I seriously needed to cut down on costs on several things so my blackberry subscription was worth the token I was been charged.

BB is gesture based I can peek and look at the hub in any app I am in. I can be in any app or game and if I get message from bbm sms or whatsapp I can reply to the message right there and then without leaving the app at all.
we have a built file manage where I can manage my storage for my device internal storage SD card dropbox and box all in one place..on the lock screen preview notifications we can tap and open any message there from the lock screen .
BBM voice calls is extremely clear with natural sound.... everytime I show my BB to people and what it can do its amazing how people are baffled on how smooth and cool the OS . Gaming...productivity...social networking...battery life...on the BB is amazing.
My best is Z10 ,One of my single favorite features found in the Z10 is the HDMI-out port, which lets you easily connect your device to any TV, monitor or display with an HDMI-in port. The HDMI support lets you watch HD video, stream music or share anything else on your device by mirroring its screen on your HD display.

Blackberry bold1 was my first ever smart phone purchased in 2009. The first smartphone with the unique BBM feature that brought closeness among friends,family and a strategy for marketing products. It supports top social media apps and are of high quality. Soon i switched to bold2 and then bold 5 before the introduction of bb10. I have used a z10, likewise a Q10 which I am currently using. What I find unique is the cameral quality, HDMI feature and processor which eliminated freezing problems faced with older blackberry devices. Blackberry keeps getting better I must say and it is a good value for money. A blackberry product is a smart phone I can buy even as a fairly used because of the high durability chances. I am fascinated with the blackberry passport having had the chance to test run it at a local shop. I am fond of tablets with mini-sized screen. Blackberry passport fit my needs in terms of serving as a smartphone with a comfortable keyboard, it is well built and all the buttons have a great click and classy. I like the fact that this brilliant device has batteries that are not removable. It is user friendly with virtual and physical keys during typing. The built in touch sensitivity is thrilling. Reading/Editing emails is so comfortable and feels almost like using a PC. Few of the apps I ran are of good quality and one thing about the OS is the way one can get around is really quick and efficient.

I like blackberry because of the efficient messaging system. I receive both personal and business mails at the same time because are transmitted on a push basis.
I easily take pictures and upload them to the Internet instantly. It also have a decent-sized internal hard drive that enable me store email attachments,pictures, music and videos. Black is very economical to use. I.e I spend less every month to achieve my goals. I boldly recommend blackberry smart phones to all business personality world wide.
Wow!!! all this long story about writing a short note, Well!!! My stolen blackberry was my best ever smartphone, it was so smart, its internet service connection was the cheapest around, beat that. I bought my first blackberry phone in 2011 with some u expected cash that came by way courtesy of a sponsored traininh's per diem. I was thoroughly excited to be joining the "big leagues" *hides face* She was a sleek purple beauty and so very beautiful. (Yes, she was a lady!) She slept by my pillow every night, my cute companion was my alarm clock, my radio, my calender and so much more. Most exciting was the new, sophisicated sound she made "ping!" when someone said hello. Other blackberry owners said "lol. JJC ! You are leaving your notifications on abi? You never see anything. Your battery go die no worry". Oh I didn't mind! That "ping!" did something to me, it was not about the person on the other side, I was just part of something sophisticated *hides face again* and it sounded so delicious to hear.
I remember then, I stayed with some other ladies in the provided accommodation. A lady in my room then who already had a blackberry was excited and asked the first time she saw my phone "Have you done your BIM". Hmmmm I had always thought it was called BIS, but I kept I kept it to myself thinking she already had a blackberry so she would know better than me. I was carefully about using it in public though.
She filled my every waking moment with joy and was never far from me. Holding her in my palm, i held the key to the world - Google, email, world news etc. I took her to India for the second part of the training and she kept me close to home, family and love. She was good to me *sniff* Never mind she didn't last long because she wasn't new, she served me well and faithfully.

I am a systems administrator. I receive and send over 25 emails every day. My whole job description runs around it and it’s not an easy task. But I configured my official email on my Blackberry Z10 and since then, sending and receiving emails is just as easy as an SMS.
I love my Z10 but the screen is cracked now.I might need a replacement (passport) lol.

BB the HUB can reply to any message in one place without going app to app you know much time that saves???
BB is gesture based I can peek and look at the hub in any app I am in. I can be in any app or game and if I get message from bbm sms or whatsapp I can reply to the message right there and then without leaving the app at all.
we have a built file manage where I can manage my storage for my device internal storage SD card dropbox and box all in one place..on the lock screen preview notifications we can tap and open any message there from the lock screen .
BBM voice calls is extremely clear with natural sound.... everytime I show my BB to people and what it can do its amazing how people are baffled on how smooth and cool the OS . Gaming...productivity...social networking...battery life...on the BB is amazing.

I love my Blackberry! It is my passport to the world and beyond. Even though I use the older 9630 tour, it still does so much for me. This goes on to show how powerful Blackberry is, no matter the model, no matter the number.
My Blackberry allows me to keep in touch first and foremost with family n loved ones.
The ability to multi-task also reduces my workload and increases my efficiency immensely. As a student, I do my research on my Blackberry and this puts me far ahead of my colleagues.
Most of all, if you work hard, you play hard. Lol. Blackberry allows me to do this when I play their very entertainin and educative games, and I take beatiful pics while havin fun.
