I like BlackBerry, the 10 OS particularly which I feel is the best amongst all the OS we have. It is fluid in operating, it is security encased, its notification indicator and hub is one of its kind, and not to forget its speed. The BlackBerry 10 browser is like the 'bolt' of browsers; it loads up pages, with the pictures, within 4 seconds.
The general menu and the swipe gesture just adds swagga to the phones, and the inventiveness BlackBerry has shown in developing phones without a scroll ball or a trackpad is just another reasons amongst the many reason why I love it.
I currently use a BlackBerry 10. Will I like to try another OS... No... I want to get my hand on the 'Passport'... the behemoth of all mobile phones!
I could still remember my First Blackberry, A curve two. I loved it so much and it seemed so different from other phones, its distinct Qwerty keyboard and OS makes it so unique. Also the way it organizes my email, i've not seen any phone yet that can beat this!. Then I got a curve 7.

I am a Blackberry Loyalist and I have enough reason why I LIKE BLACKBERRY and WHY I cannot switch to other phones.
Starting from 2009 that have been using blackberry 8520/8530 I found the uniqueness and the beautiful features of Blackberry.
I so much love the keyboard design of the blackberry phone which makes it easier to use, long-lasting and flexible.
The scroll button is also what I love which makes it easier for me to navigate without pain in my finger thump not like the other phones. The light led is also beautiful, I love the way it blinks that send effective signal of active message.
Later I upgraded to a blackberry touch 9860 which was like everything my pocket needs and what need to be in my hand at the same time.
Wow! The Blackberry touch 9860 has its own uniqueness, smart and very slim, it has a flat well designed slim screen, easier and simple to use while working round the window. All my applications are well organised on the screen and my 'Message' folder is very sweet the way it indicate.
This made me end up buying two (2) of the blackberry Touch 9860 as a gift for my Girlfriend on her birthday and to a client for PR because blackberry is what I LOVE.
The most wonderful of it all is the BBM application, Its makes communication easier for me , send message fast, the Broadcast message which most messaging App don’t have, creating Group on BBM and sharing of contact.
RIM and Blackberry team makes it comfortable for me on the blackberry plan… I enjoy it so much

Why I like blackberry: (1)The browser, It's definitely faster, handles virtually any kind of Web site (2)The Home Screen: RIM has done a nice job and I love how the screen moves left to right and up and down. But now,with other configurable mobile platforms, I can customize it as well. In addition, I like that some of the important apps, like Twitter, are now a default part of the system. (3) The design and qwerty key are unique and very fast and easy to use. (4) Super secure: Security has always been a sensitive issue for the open source Android, and customers interested in using it in secure environments had to opt for third-party solutions, like Samsung’s SAFE. My favourite features are theBlackBerry Hub and unified inbox on pre BlackBerry 10 devices, service integration within the operating system, android application support (huge deal for me actually), keyboard shortcuts forBlackBerry devices with a full QWERTY keyboard, battery life, the addition of expandable storage and last but not least the PIM applications (when using Microsoft Exchange and corporate email accounts) work very well.What does this all translate to in MYpersonal use case scenarios? As a university student, I have a lot of work to deal with, assignments being handed out, due dates fast approaching, meetings to be at, events to go to, extra curricular activities and more. It's hard to cope with a busy day if the right tools aren't provided. I use BlackBerry Curve 7, so for me it is the DURABILITY of the phone. my baby once threw my BB CURVE 7 inside kunu(hausa Native drink), I did not even realize in time. I kept on searching for the phone then the thought crossed my mind to check the kunu drink and behold I found phone all messed up.
I brought is out, have it cleaned and finally dry it out under the sun. Just for a try,I inserted the battery 'WOW' the phone came up, I was so amazed. I used the phone for another year before I bought another BLACKBERRY CURVE 7 again. And Yes I still have my old BB7. I alternate the battery with the new BB7 because the battery life of BlackBerry Curve 7 is also GOOD.

My first ever Blackberry™ phone was a Bold 9000. Last February, I bought a curve 9360. January this year, I bought the Bold 9900. A new year is coming and I need to upgrade to a new Blackberry™ phone.
Funny enough, it is this Blackberry™ Passport that my eyes are on but my limitation is the money to get it.
You see what I love about the Blackberry™ phones is the designs, the voice clarity on calls, the button pads are second to none. Blackberry™ Help is very and always on point. Thicker than the average high-end handset at 9.3mm, it is actually thinner than the 9.6mm Z30. But you will notice only that is much wider, and a little shorter. Compare its 128 x 90.3 x 9.3 mm stats with those of the 72 x 141 x 9.6 mm BlackBerry Z30. That 5in phone is longer, but much slimmer and thinner than is the Passport. Indeed, compared to all other touchscreen smartphones the BlackBerry Passport really is another category of device. It is the same size and shape as a US passport (geddit?). And that means it will appeal only to a certain type of user.
Blackberry is very convenient to use. It also v sum unique features dat made mi like it. The physical keyboard most blackberry products v it and I love dis abt it cos if its a touch screen sum1 can easily make mistake while typing, even with my physical keyboard I can master whr eva my alphabet is unlike touch screens dat iyaf 2 check wat am typing. Reasons I Still Have A BlackBerry And Won't Switch.
1) The red indicator light
2) The physical keyboard
3) BBM.
The first two reasons still remain true for me today. I can chat with any of my Android and iPhone friends via WhatsApp so BBM has become less important.
But that red indicator light? I love it as much as I ever have. iPhones don’t have a tiny little light that flashes when there’s a new message or alert. For Blackberry i don't need to be checking frequently for new messages or alerts cos the little tiny light will indicate when i have new notifications.
My physical keyboard is still a dealbreaker. I’ve still never lost a typing race to my iPhone or Android friends, I have not met a single person who says they prefer touchscreen keyboards over the physical one I have. For these reasons i remain loyal BlackBerry fan.

The blackberry smartphone is one of the leading smartphones around the globe. Not just because of the familiarity of the name but because of it's numerous advantages it has to offer to our present computer age. Apart from blackberry having the cheapest data plan amongst other smartphones,it is also easy to access,thanks to the soft QWERTY keys. I have been using a blackberry smartphone for the past 5-6 years and I have never regretted using it,apart from the fact that it hangs a lot (an issue that has been resolved thanks to RIM help centre). Redlight: On top of every BlackBerry, there's a red light, and it blinks at you when a new message or call comes in. People get seriously addicted to that light. For me, really, it's my connection to my people and second, it's my connection to the world in terms of news and everything. The things i like about blackberry are listed below
1. keyboard : The keyboard allow me to type easily I can still do some typing without staring at the keys. If I type on an iPhone, I have to watch my strokes
2. The Design : The design is very good and fashion-ate
3. The home screen: I love how the screen moves left to right and up and down. It allow me open at least four applications at a time without closing one for one, it allow me divide application on the screen
4. The Themes: Blackberry has so many themes that makes the phone looks more interesting whenever you switch from one theme to the other. The theme change the icons and the background display are wonderful.

AutoText is a feature that is built into the BlackBerry. It is a mechanism that watches what you type, and then switches your word for a new one as soon as you hit space. For example, if you type acn instead of can, the BlackBerry replaces acn with can as soon as you hit space.
AutoText can actually speed up typing too because it will fill in special characters for you. For example, to type the word aren't, you type a r e n t. The alt-k gets you the apostrophe. Typing that apostrophe slows you down because you have to hit two keys at once. On a BlackBerry you simply type the word aren't without the apostrophe, and when you hit space, AutoText fills in the apostrophe for you.
There are even some special AutoText features that save even more typing. Let's say you want to quickly send an email to someone asking them to call you. You can type Please call me at mynumber . AutoText will change the word mynumber to your actual BlackBerrys phone number. Another one is mypin. After you hit space, AutoText changes the word mypin to your BlackBerrys PIN number. One last one is myver. If anyone ever asks you what BlackBerry model and OS you are using, just type myver and hit space.

I have always been on your site but never been bothered to comment on your blog,But i feel the need to air my opinion on the advantages and great features of a blackberry.I have been a fan of blackberry for a long time and i upgrade from time to time so my pick on the different models vary but i will say what i can on each
Foremost : Starting with the keyboard,I just think the keyboard is slick and easy to use which is the best feature ANY phone can have provided both the physical keyboard and the touchscreen ones .
2 ):For a heavy/light data and app users,I think the battery life is the best any one could expect for a smartfone which makes transfers and exchange of apps or images between themselves very easy.
3 ):That story maker app goes a long way having learnt about how to use the manouvers,Typically one could take a remarkable event with that and make a lovely edit of it and do anything which is intended with it.
4): I also think the professionalism at making every version/brands of those blackberry types is a solid one and every of it brings out the best of its creativity.
5):The best feature that makes it stand out from an iphone to me is the fact that the battery is replaceable which saves all sorts of battery drainage stress.
6):The innovation of the new operating systems,easy browsing,loads of new apps and the blackberry email system plus the hub which places all of your activities in one place,Moreso the balancing which separates E.g work and your personal life just makes blackberry ranges everything you could expect from any smartfone regardless of whatever platform its on.

So I think instead I'll rather list those things that has stopped me from using a blackberry.
1. BATTERY.
I mean u literally have to move about with your chargers. Everybody complains about the blackberry batteries. I mean I know smartphones use up a lot of power but common blackberry do something. I hope the newer versions have better,longer battery power.
2. COST.
boi o boi. I mean the cost of some of this latest blackberry that's ma house rent for like 2years. 😩😂 common now. Only way I can afford that is if its a GIFT signed ,sealed, and delivered. I know a lot of pips would agree with me here.
3.SCREEN SIZE.
I for one will always be biased wen it comes to phone screen sizes. Ill always go for the bigger screen.
I'm glad with the blackberry Z10 screen I love it. I see the blackberry passport also has a big enough screen size.
I guess there are something's I love about some of the BlackBerry phones.

I love BlackBerry, first because of the security. With BlackBerry, you won't need to worry too much about virus attacks, downloading/upgrading antivirus and most importantly, your data are secured, which was the advice I gave my brother using another phone and that was enough to make him switch.
Secondly, the BlackBerry keyboards. No one can deny that BlackBerry keyboards are the best out there, both the virtual and the hardware keyboard, though I prefer the latter.
BlackBerry Messenger is another thing I so love about BlackBerry phones. Although BBM is now cross-platform, to me it is cooler using BBM on BB.
Other little things I love about BlackBerry: the logo (no matter how funny this sounds, I really love BlackBerry logo; it gives me pride, that is especially remembering the feeling of using my first BlackBerry, Bold 2, then Bold 4, before switching to BlackBerry10 with Z10), the designs, etc.

BlackBerry Passport has been my dream phone since the day I first saw a picture of it on Crackberry; when it was still called Windermere and later when I read the phone review after it was launch on 24th September, 2014.
I will be very glad if I win this "machine."

Just over a year ago I published three reasons I wouldn’t switch
my BlackBerry for an iPhone: the red indicator light, the physical
keyboard and BBM.
The first two reasons still remain true for me today. As for BBM, my
contact list was dwindling even back in December 2011 when I first wrote
about my BlackBerry loyalty. Now it’s down to one regular contact. Plus,
I can chat with any of my Android and iPhone friends via WhatsApp so
BBM has become less important.
But that red indicator light? I love it as much as I ever have. I noted in my
last post that iPhones don’t have a tiny little light that flashes when
there’s a new message or alert. That’s still the case. And as one recent
Blackberry to iPhone convert put it, “That’s what I miss most about my
BlackBerry. Now I have to turn my phone on to check if I have new
messages.”
(I should note I’ve seen indicator lights on Androids including the
Samsung Galaxy which has an app that allows you to pick different color
indicator lights for different types of alerts. One color for email and
another for text, for example. Pretty cool.)
My physical keyboard is still a dealbreaker. I won’t give up on it and
neither have other loyal BlackBerry fans. I’ve still never lost a typing race
to my iPhone or Android friends, and typo free might I add. I have not met
a single person who says they prefer touchscreen keyboards over the
physical one I have.
So when BlackBerry, formerly known as Research In Motion, launched its

From the camera quality, battery duration, instant email, notifications and also its easier for me to connect to any social media platform. I dont have to carry alot of gadget with me. It was my all in one package in 2010. I currently use blackberry bold 9900. I am always punctual because my reminder notifies me on time. Easier to subscribe and surf the net so fast. All browsers work flawlessly on blackberry,it is not limited to a specific browser type.
Blackberry keyboards are pretty flexible and of great help in texting without errors.

Blackberry is my first choice smartphone from day one.it was the first phone with a user friendly chat app(bbm). The charger is unibersal as it works for different blackberry brands unlike other smart phone brands. Each OS update over the years has brought good value for money for users. I have used more than 3 BlackBerry products n am still using their Q10, and why I keep buying BlackBerry phones is because it's durable, fast in browsing, it connects fast to hotspots, Wifi, as a smart phone, it's really smart, it's very easy to study and to use if u are a new user, it's not easily damage like some phones when it accidentally falls, etc I remembered d day we re asked to use d Nysc Wifi for our registration, while others are still struggling to connect, my Q10 connected faster n I finished b4 everyone and people around started borrowing my phone to register theirs. I have told most of my friends that if I want to change phone today, I will still buy the next latest version of BlackBerry in d market. This is because it's a product you won't regret buying. Secondly, I also love my RED LIGHT INDICATOR, some iphone doesn't have the tiny flashing light to indicate that you 've got an unread message, text, e-mail. I love the fact that the little red light tells me there's something new waiting for me without having to look for myself.
Lastly, the fact that I can receive and send e-mail, the full keyboard cause I have never lost a typing race to an iphone user, my message are 100% coherent all the time while my friends are busy correcting their auto -correct... I LOVE BLACKBERRY.

1. Physical keyboard . Makes typing faster and hardly do make mistakes.
2. Indicator light for messages or alerts . Different light show for different things. I don't have to set my phone on message alert sound to know when I got a message.
3. It's better to subscribe with a blacberry phone than with any other device. If MTN tells you that your blackberry subscription for one month is one month.it's one month . The BlackBerry has always been a business phone. The iPhone wowed us all--and it nearly put BlackBerry out of business--but it emphasizes entertainment and not productivity. If you're an IT executive like me, it's finally time to put function before form. With BlackBerry, I can easily access my mails and other messages even when on the road, I don't need a big computer device to do that.
I just don't know why this is happening but this is actually the first time I am using a blackberry phone [b.b Q10] using this phone just reminded me of what I have been missing in the past 22 year, I will say without mincing words that as a person the usage of blackberry product is the best thing that will ever happen to me. I am saying this not because of the winning, although winning is part of it, but because it has helped to be connect to the world be as it constant Internet connectivity, mind you that the best phone after black berry is black berry, because it is a phone per execellum.

One of the best features I enjoy with the BlackBerry is the operating system. This is helpful if you need to call up information quickly while looking something up on the Internet during a drive that requires the use of a GPS program. The BlackBerry has many features which makes it the only device that many people need. The phone comes equipped which you can use to take pictures and then immediately upload them to the Internet. With Fb u can always update ur status whereever u go (@ dentist, confuse what to eat, n make fun of ur lover). But what most insteresting from twitter for me is that,,,,,ur “worldNews” always update. There’s nothing update on this world that u can’t know about. It even works more effective for people like myself who always don’t have time to read the news paper, watch the television, or Listen to the radio. I only have “free time” when I’m on the bus from home to office and back. Blackberry is beyond all doubt an awesome phone model with a lot of qualities.firstly,there's the feature of a variety in style. other models like iPhone, Samsung etc always have the same old look but blackberry has been able to step out from the crowd and create a variety of phone models in various shapes and sizes.second, it has a long range of affordable phone models that both the opulent and poor in the society can afford. third, it is hard to ignore the strong battery life blackberry phones offer; although this varies from model to model, on the average, it is relatively strong. fourth, there's the BIS feature envied by all which is by far the best mobile internet service so far. fifth, the work and personal balance feature which allows you to use your blackberry device as a work device and a personal one helps out a lot to ease the stress and cost of buying two phones. sixth, is it ability to itunes which even iPhones aren't able to do.lastly, probably the best to me is the the flow and peek feature which allows you to slide between applications, peek at a received message or notification without closing or exiting the current application your on. this feature is more or less a life saver to me as I'm a big fan of applications and most times, I receive irrelevant text messages from various people, therefore, instead of closing my application for no good reason, I could just peek and then continue with my work without any distortion. all these and lots more are the features I love about blackberry. please keep up the good work.

i love blackberry and especially its producers who are always on point in their innovations. their continuous effort in producing new exciting models with additional and sophisticated features, great picture quality, sound. i love the uniqueness of the product. with blackberry my loved ones are never faraway.
I like it because of its communication features e.g the blackberry's email system,keyboard and the indicator light all make the communication a more efficient one. Another reason I wont dump my bb for another phone is because the internet service allows the device to two thirds less data transfer than any other smartphones while still providing the same amount of information. It’s my fifth year enjoying the unquantifiable functions of the BLACKBERRY with no regrets and i still remain loyal right from Research in Motion till date.
And the first reason I would always love BLACKBERRY is the fact that my contacts, calendar, messages are still intact over the years. Even when I change my BLACKBERRY to another model, I don’t lose anything and it hard to notice a pin change, because the chatting just continues without a fresh request.
The red light indicator is something I really cherish about my BLACKBERRY. The full qwerty keypad is really something that got me hooked to BLACKBERRY and it would be a dream come true if I can lay my hands on the BLACKBERRY passports keypad since its been my major attraction to the device since it was announced.
Finally the new BB 10 OS. Is a wonderful sight to behold. The display, function and how u can run around it is marvelous, Since it was launched, no other Operating System has caught my attention and it keeps getting better with all the upgrades on different platforms.
I could write a whole book about My BLACKBERRY experience but I have to stop here since what you want is a short note.

I like it because of its communication features e.g the blackberry's email system,keyboard and the indicator light all make the communication a more efficient one. Another reason I wont dump my bb for another phone is because the internet service allows the device to two thirds less data transfer than any other smartphones while still providing the same amount of information. Have being using blackberrry phone over two yearrs now. Though is london use, it has last long without giving much prroblem.
Blackberry phone is verry easy to operrate, you don't have to go through the manual before you can use it. It comes with a message, messager of one of its kind(pin) which other phones not have initially.
You can switch over from one application to another, when using the phone, and the look of the phone is unique.

I would be speaking from a fashion lovers point of view, being able to show off the latest new 'IN' blackberry is as important to my overall fashion image as an item of designer clothing. This may be a bit cliché but permit me to say that "Gadgets are steadily becoming the new black".
I like to see myself as a new breed of “style conscious consumer” who puts her Gadgets over Gucci when it comes to looking good. why? The style and appearance' of my gadgets is critical to my overall look.
So what do I look for in these devices?
- Reasonable cost.
- Multifunctional i.e. keeps track of my daily tasks from meeting up with my hair dressers to pedicure appointments
- Keeps me connected to what’s important, with effortless online shopping these days it’s quite easy to have misplaced priorities ;-D
- One that makes a fashion statement
Elegance is rare enough to be an archeological find and as such enjoys periodic revivals, some gadgets allow us to have a bit of this just by owning them as nothing says I Love Fashion like a style statement gadget that screams elegance and sophistication.
This may seem like a pretty easy list but with all the major gadget manufacturing companies, it’s quite a tough choice we need to make, and even depend on but alas it is a realistic necessary expense.
The only company in my opinion that has come even remotely close to meeting all these needs and even more is the blackberry, I should know because I am a huge fan from the curve series to the latest they have not disappointed. I would love to get the blackberry passport because I’m sure no other customer can pull it off like I can, just kidding. But still….
I use the blackberry q10 now,1st I love the fact that it's so sleek like so many BlackBerry model with the smooth black and brown pattern going on @ the back of my q10 even though it's black it resists scratch and scrapes,it has this qwerty keys that is so comfortable to use and it allows me press one key at a time,it has a multi touch screen and a virtual keyboard as well... the pictures I take with my camera is so cute and I can even edit them immediately after taking a shot,it doesn't hang and I like dat I can swap Sims without d fear of spoiling my sim compactment,it has a powerful software to run several apps at the same time,it has a single inbox( BlackBerry hub) which contains all messages from my email and social media,and I can delete msgs in my email directly from d hub without logging into my email from a Brower its so cool,i can take a peek at my messages without really opening them,i love bbm,everyone does,i find it so fascinating it has that signature messenger that evry oda phones now use(BBM... and oh i'm so tired of typing already...

My first Blackberry phone was BB 9700. I love Blackberry products for the freedom I get in moving my files and media to and fro from the device. I like the fact that I can connect my devices through a micro-HDMI cable to my big screen. I love the ability to have expansion memory in the form of a micro SD card for my files that I can remove at any time and insert into another device. My emails are fast at a speed of sound. The keyboards, security, apps are simply the best to use. And the BBM, what more can I say ' WE STAY CONNECTED ALL DAY AND NIGHT. BlackBerry rocks!!

with bbm you can get important messages without filling up your inbox, Carry on a real-time conversation with friends and colleagues in several different locations or carry on several conversations simultaneously. Chat with a group.Know whether a buddy is online, available or busy., etc . the red light . On top of every BlackBerry, there's a little sliver of a red light, and it blinks at you when a new message or call comes in. anytime you see tha ight blink , you fell happy because you know you just got a message. its it's businessy because It's not designed to run flashy applications, for playing games or for uploading pictures to Facebook and Twitter. It started out a business-minded device, and RIM has continued to market it as a business-friendly device, although recent ads have pitched it as a leisure phone for young multitaskers as well.
Blackberry is d best phone I ever used , I used to use curve 3 then, its picture quality was fantastic better than a lot of android phones I know.

Blackberry is the 1st phone brand that was able to syncronise and afford people from different part of the world to be in sharp communication with each other via its "UNIQUE PIN" AND Black berry till date remains the most popular phone if not the likes of Android will not buy into the BBM.The innovation of the Blackberry Hub is another feature that has made the phone unique in its own class. BlackBerry is a cell phone that you can use as a mobile e-mail device, and it's extremely popular among corporate users and its e-mail capabilities are the reason most people select a BlackBerry. There are things about BlackBerry that simply doesn’t let its hard core fans and users like me down,When it comes to technology, Android and iOS devices are at the top of the food chain. Ok, straight to the matter, below is my sincere review about Blackberry devices:
I was almost giving up on the Blackberry products until I experienced the OS 10 series. I think this is a technology that should have come earlier than it did.
Nevertheless, the technology is here now and the following are a few things I like about the device.
1. Blackberry devices are still the best when it comes to Data Bundle Management (what is commonly know as MB). You don't always have to switch on and off your data to save it.
2. The technology behind the Blackberry browser application is one of a kind with the way it loads Javascript, Flash and many other components. I really don't know how to explain this cos it'll take a lot of writing.
3. The support for the zip and unzip feature is one of the things I appreciate about the device.
4. The ability to view and respond to chat via pop-up even when the chat application isn't launched is another cool feature.
5. Picture lock feature. This is security feature makes it more difficult for anyone to predict your unlock code (kul idea) .
6. One of the first features that caught my attention was the autocomplete / autocorrect method implemented on OS 10. Not only does this work with the regular English words but even words / sentences you type regularly.
7. Blackberry OS 10 support for Android applications is a feature to really be commended for. Feels like having two devices in one.
8. Play Next feature in music media. While you are already playing some songs, you can select many more songs / albums and select play next. It automatically plays those songs when done with the ones you have started playing initially.
9. Easy access to email and other notifications by simply swiping left rather than having to open mail application and the likes.
Many many many more features. My hand don dey pain me abeg, I will tell you the rest when I come to get the Blackberry Passport *hehehehe*.
