Also noting the fact that inspite of the release of the Blackberry 10 smartphones and with the introduction of Mobile bundles seperate from the regular BIS, the use of its mobile data bundle is still no where close to the cost of data bundle (or amount of data usage) utilized by other smartphone manufacturers namely: Apple, Android phones, etc.
The regular update in OS on the Blackberry platform makes it known that the blackberry team are working endlessly to ensure customers have a great experience with their product. That said, I think the Blackberry is quite a stable phone for the african market and very economical. My first BlackBerry phone was a bold 2 and since then I've never stopped using BlackBerry. I like Blackberry phones because the data bundle is super affordable unlike the android phones in the market now. The amazing thing about BlackBerry is that as the years roll by they become better than they were years ago. The recent models don't lag or hang as some people might say. Plus the picture quality is wonderful. I have to add that even when my data bundle expires, BBM still functions without tariff. It's so cool. Its so easy to use. What i love about blackberry is the red indicator, BBM and the keyboard. The keyboard is easy to type with and i can navigate through it as fast as i can. The red indicator tells you when you have a message unlike most android phones and Iphone you have to turn your phone on to check if you have any messages. For me it's the efficiency of the messaging system as well as fluidity of the BB OS. The seamless interaction with the phone just feels right. The whole screen is one big button on a touch device yet other companies still need a home button... That always killed the feel for me on the iphone.
Battery life is also big thing for me, you can tell the phones made for someone who needs to stay intouch, have quick access to all their contacts over various means of communication. Business comes first but play isn't far behind. Typing on the Z10 is amazing and I love how fast I can pound out email and text messages. I always hated using full touch screen devices but not anymore.

Blackberry is the most preferable to be used amongst all smartphone producers, with less volumes of data to be consumed, access to more internet facilities, user friendly interface and OS. I will start by commending the hands that design Blackberry phones. I have used Blackberry, Iphone and HTC and sincerely I'll prefer the Blackberry any day. As I die hard blackberry fan, i still use my bold 5, even with the explosion of different andriod n apple phones in the market, this is simply bcos blackberry stills remains the best option for common man to have access to the smartphone world while also being pocket friendly. It still amazes me that I can get 3gb of data for just 1k on my bold 5. Even with the introduction of the BB10 series (q10,z10,z30,q5), blackberry managed to incorporate the andriod experience for the pleasure of its customers while also being pocket friendly in terms of data subscription, I can still get 3gb of data for 1k on BB10 fones... I'm in love with the wide screen that makes the phone broader, necessitating two hands for comfortable use and allows for an average of 60 characters to be displayed per line instead of normal 40 on other smartphones and I love the touch-enabled keyboard that doesn’t really encroach much on the device

Blackberry is the most preferable to be used amongst all smartphone producers, with less volumes of data to be consumed, access to more internet facilities, user friendly interface and OS. It is only on blackberry that you would want to download a video and you would be able to see the video before actually downloading it with its OPEN function on the download interface. its smart phones have some of the best cameras amongst smart phones. Until my friend edith got the phone .. heeeey !! we were in awe big girl things ,the my friend ijeoma did and she was feeling fly .. October 2009 i got mine oh yes i did my curve 2 – my bold 2 – my bold 5, there is no going back!
fast forward to 2014 with the bb 10 and 30 series? Hmmmm the world has become a global village i work from my phone, i can video chat ,capture top notch moments via my secondary and primary cameras,geotag my location in a post ,Skype, write my proposals and yes!!! I can do basically anything i want to do and oh if you try to steal my phone , i’ve got my tracker.. thanks to the blackberry team. My life is a lot easier...

New OS...new hardware....new user interface and experience....a new way of doing things. Lots of apps out of the gate,
fast browser....quite stable for a new OS. You would be quite impressed with the end result. The nice thing is that this OS has future capabilities and expansion...it should be around a while.
I, personally love the product for the freedom I get in moving files, and media to and from the device without being controlled by the manufacturer and their OS.
I like the fact that I can connect my devices through a micro-HDMI cable to my big screen...I LOVE the ability to have expansion memory in the form of a micro-SD card for my files, that I can remove at any time and insert into another
device.

These include maps, Web browser, Remember ( notes app), Docs to Go (for Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel files), Story Maker (video and music stitching app), calculator, clock, music, media, weather, and file manager.

THE RED INDICATOR LIGHT; I love it as much as I ever have. I noted that iPhones don’t have a tiny little light that flashes when there’s a new message or alert. Of course, other phones have ways of alerting people to new messages, too, but none has the same feel as that BlackBerry light. That’s still the case and that’s what I miss most about my BlackBerry.
THE CLICK-CLACKING KEYBOARD; The physical keyboard is still a dealbreaker. The buttons are raised just so and the shift key is just as easy to use as those on a full-size computer keyboard.
I’ve still never lost a typing race to my iPhone or Android friends, and typo free might I add.
ITS BUSINESS FRIENDLY; The BlackBerry is the get-things-done phone. It's not designed to run flashy applications, for playing games or for uploading pictures to Facebook and Twitter. It’s business-minded device and part of the allure is that the BlackBerry is known for being secure. It encrypts messages, which makes business owners like me more comfortable giving phones to my employees, who share sensitive documents, e-mails and information over the phones and BBM groups.

blackberry phones is one of my best brand of phones....infact since 2010 that i bought my first BB it has been BB all the way till now. i just love the brand, i have use all different types curve 2,bold3,bold 2,torch 2 and currently Z10.All white except the bold 3 and curve 2. one of the basic thing i love about BB is the ability to back up your BBM friend list. its always easy to change from one BB to another and still have all your friend list intact just by logging in to the blackberry world. i hopefully wish to win the BB passport because am one of the biggest BB loyal customer.

The main reason I like blackberry is because of it subscriptions, for example, with just 1000 naira, I can download almost any thing that I want at a high speed and still have enough mb to last for a month.
I also enjoy the ever increasing features it adds to it apps, e.g My bbm now has channels now that I can join, and now I rarely get bored due to rate at which I get updates without having to go online, same as my emails which enter my phone directly. As a married man who needs to keep in touch with my wife all day cause work really keep me away from home as a Doctor, my BBM has done wonders in this regard. My wife is just a ping away nw. Blackberry is one phone that I know that is cost effective, it is cheaper to use blackberry than anyother phone. eg if u do BIS of either one thousand or one thousand five hundred it will last for one month inclusive of everything without limit. Secondly, blackberry saves one the stress of switching data on and off as it does not consume data.
Lastly blackberry is user friendly and gives one access to share information with other devices.

Until my friend edith got the phone .. heeeey !! we were in awe big girl things ,the my friend ijeoma did and she was feeling fly .. October 2009 i got mine oh yes i did my curve 2 – my bold 2 – my bold 5, there is no going back!
fast forward to 2014 with the bb 10 and 30 series? Hmmmm the world has become a global village i work from my phone, i can video chat ,capture top notch moments via my secondary and primary cameras,geotag my location in a post ,Skype, write my proposals and yes!!! I can do basically anything i want to do and oh if you try to steal my phone , i’ve got my tracker.. thanks to the blackberry team. My life is a lot easier...

In essence, my third reason for not switching to a smarter Smartphone (just yet) is that I’m not convinced I need one. If you’re still using a Am in love with my Blackberry by choice not probably because i don’t care very much about Instagram or any other trendy app rather because i care for my phone not to act like a toy.
I like my phone for its…well, communication features. BlackBerry’s e-mail system, keyboard and indicator light all make the communication process a more efficient one.My physical keyboard is still a dealbreaker. I won’t give up on it and neither have other loyal BlackBerry fans(users).
Blackberry phones are good phones. Their technicality, durability and useability thrills me a lot. Infact it is my best of phones. Here is a list of what makes blackberry phones my best of phone brands. Firstly its unique blackberry internet service- it thrills me alot to be able to use one thousand five hundred naira to subscribe for an unlimited data plan. What thrill me the most is that i can use just a hundred naira per day to subscribe for its daily internet service which enable's me to download and browse as i like. Thirdly, blackberry phone, bold 5 to be specific was the first brand of phone that i have seen that has touch screen and keyboard with scroll buttons. I like it bcos if the screen breaks i can still be able to scroll unlike other phones. Fourthly the blinking small light at the small right corner is a fascinating sight. The question should read "what don't you like about blackberry?" but even then I wouldn't have an answer because I like every thing about my BlackBerry phone. My first phone was a blackberry curve 2, then a bold 2 and now a Z10 because the blackberry brand is evidently committed to retaining me as a customer by ensuring I have an upgraded experience with every new phone I get. With my curve and bold, I could operate one email address but with my z10, I have 4 email addresses running, with space for more. With my upgraded bbm, I can make calls via bbm and i'm not bothered if I have credit or not because once I have my BlackBerry, whatever I need is a ping or voice call away. Well... There are many reasons while I love a blackberry phone... First I av 2 say because of the click clacking keyboard. Its so awesome to use... Because am able to type really fast and also because it is as easy as using a pc... I also love blackberry because of its blackberry internet subscription.... Omg,its d best... Its cheap and very affordable... It wuld be stupid of me to forget d main reason why I started using a blackberry... Well is no other than the blackberry messenger(bbm) its so amazing... U get 2 chat 24hrs non stop... And its amazing how bbm(blackberry messenger) has a huge impact in the world of technology... To the extent that every other phone techology wants a piece of the action( e.g andriods). Well there are other reasons why I love blackberry... Love the red alerts signals... Let's you know when you have a new message... BlackBerry is known for being secure. It encrypts messages, which makes business owners more comfortable giving the phones to their employees, who may share sensitive documents and e-mails over the phones.

I love BlackBerry phones because of its very durable hardware. Besides Nokia, it is hard to find any other OEM that produces hardware that can be used for more than three generations. Yet, look around and you’ll still find BlackBerry devices from around 2006, 2007 when they used a trackball for navigation. My first blackberry is 5810, after I used bold 1, curve2, touch 2, and presently I use Z10 though the screen is cracked but I can still browse with it, my blackberry have always been durable. Because of me, a lot of my friend have been using BlackBerry.
I was given my Z10 early last year, but I have been wanting to change my phone to another BlackBerry 10 but I can't afford it , because i'm a student now, I use to work before getting admission so I can afford to buy a phone, but now I can't.
When BlackBerry passport came out, I fell in love with it, I wish I could get one for myself, I dream of one everyday. Please Linda and BlackBerry guys please let me win one, I can trade my Z10. I like blackberry cos of its quick accesibility due to it navigation buttons, a place for all messages so I don't have to be opening different apps to read my mail, also its browser which is amazing. Its a smartphone for smartpeople. The list is endless but in all it has no rival and its unique in its own way
bbm is the best chat application in my opinion, it has a lot of features that cannot be found on any other chat application, just to list a few; it tells u if your message has been delivered, it tells u when the receiver has read ur message, you can send any file, music, videos, pics etc to anywhere in the world in seconds, you can do amebo by checking your contacts dp and pms :) then the feeling i get when i see my picture on almost everyone of my contact's dp on my birthday, its priceless. i also learnt the good use of smileys on bbm.
Blackberry is faster,cheaper in different networks for browsing and easily accessible.

I like a blackberry phone so much because they are different from all others smart phones, or android phones, they have so many interesting and uncommon features, 1. There's a standard micro USB port on the phone which can make us to use almost any smartphone charger to top up the power. Next to it is a Micro HDMI port which can plug-in to a HD TV set I.e..we can take video and the phone and get it played on the tv screen as well.
2. The battery issue is ok, we can get to remove our battery anytime the battery is down or low which some other phones can not, e.g is the Z10 and all other, which make us to change our battery when ever the battery is low
3. The blackberry phones have enough in inbuilt memory, I.e no stress of getting memory card, the memory is ok for us to save data, get enough music on our music library and enough video.
4. We can run most android app on the phone and that's just enough
