I bought my first blackberry phones on 9th june 2012 curve 4 9360..I bought it for #50,000 that was my first blackberry phone I use. I enjoy a great feature like unlimited browsing, email and pinging. When the blackberry 10 was release last year, I can say am among the first 100 to buy the phone in this country. i have been using different blackberries for about 5 years. now. started off with the javelin, and i am now using the z30. blackberry gets better with time, trust me, like i said i have been using it for years. first thing i like about it is the red notification light which tells me when i have a message. i also like my blackberry hub where i have quick access to messages either bbm, whatsapp and all other social networks, without having to go open them individually. my blackberries really last me for a long time. i've never really had so much problems with them like other people. i don't see me using any other phone , except it is as a second phone. Their picture quality is nice even when you use d front camera to snap it is still clear.

Well I have always used a BlackBerry phone and till tomorrow I prefer it to Androids. Do you know how many times I've had to change screens for my android, or how many times I have had to hide the phone. I use a BlackBerry Q10 and it's something I can definitely show off any day anytime. Image is everything in my business and blackberry does it for me.
I love the feel on my fingers..especially the qwerty key boarded BlackBerry phones.
I only have a problem with the battery which I don't blame the phone because I press this phone like every minute... my tab no fit last me wetin I dey press this BlackBerry.

I remember the first time I mentioned it to my parents about using a blackberry phone, they were like what? You want to use an expensive phone as such? well we can't give you so much money to use a phone and my parents don't even have an idea about the cost of the phone but because they've always heard the name, they thought it will be so expensive. I really wanted to use blackberry and the only way is to convince my parents by telling them why I prefer it to other phones which my dad asked and guess what, I didn't delay about telling him my reason for the preference. Here are the reasons I gave him: the first reason is that it is user friendly, any body can use blackberry as long as you know how to press those QWERTY buttons.

I'm impressed that this company has pulled out a product so strikingly different from the iPhone 6-shaped status quo. And, according to BlackBerry's figures, 200,000 Passport handsets were bought in the first 48 hours of going on sale.
I'm prepared to give the Passport a good word to folks who'll listen.

There's a great battery life to be had from the 3,450mAh beast stuck in the back of the Passport. Seriously, if you don't want your productivity hampered by the need to charge a smartphone, then BlackBerry has done you a favour here.

The 3GB (count 'em) of RAM means that multitasking is handled with business-like efficiency.
Even the layout has a designated homescreen for tiled shortcuts of whichever apps you happen to be running.

Fair and square
The Passport's 4.5-inch Gorilla Glass 3 screen displays 60 characters across instead of 40. And for websites, emails and office documents, I'm enjoying all that extra width.
The 1,440 x 1,400 resolution is crisp and detailed, and I don't need to constantly zoom in and out to work my way around a document.
Even better, a double-tap on BlackBerry's keyboard lets me scroll up or down the page without obscuring any of the screen.

No One has actually been given blackberry enough credit in terms of innovation haven’t been able to upgrade to a QNX based Blackberry 10 in 2013 from the C++ Blackberry OS. And have been progressing ever since having released the likes of the Blackberry Z10, Q10, Q5, Z3, blackberry Passport and soon to be released Blackberry classic. And the various things that makes me like the blackberry 10 OS Phone better than any other phone are:
1) HUB
2) Gestures
3) The Keyboard (Physical Keyboard and the Virtual Keyboard)
4) Advance Interaction (10.3)
5) Blackberry Blend (which comes with the Official Blackberry 10.3 OS but currently works on Blackberry Passport and Blackberry Classic)
6) Android Runtime which enables android application to run on the phone.
My first Blackberry Phone was Blackberry 8520 (Curve 2) and I currently use a Blackberry Z10 with an unofficial release of the Blackberry 10.3.0.908 OS, to know what the official release will feel like. blackberry browser for me is nothing short of awesome. the red LED notification light which seems exclusive to blackberry is something i can't afford to miss about it. battery life is a big thing as well, especially with the recent BB10 series, it's good when you want to stay in touch. My favorite thing about Blackberry however is the fact that they have both screen touch and buttons. most androids only have screen touch and you're just not in the mood for that

the Blackberry has a physical keyboard like lots of other smart phones, but it's not your typical QWERTY keyboard -- no no -- it is the best physical keyboard out there. It is what makes RIM's products and the Blackberry Smart Phones so unique.
RIM just knows how to make keyboards feel ergonomic.
Many argue that the touch screen phones are the future because they contain no buttons, but many people avoid them for phones like the Blackberry and most of the Palm Smart Phones because they have physical keyboards.
Yes one of the the main reasons why the Blackberry PASSPORT is so great is that it contains the best QWERTY keyboard on any Blackberry device to date. I just don't know how RIM keeps on improving on their phones every year, but they do it.

I like that Blackberry has BBM which mks communicating with my friends much easier.
*I like the indicator and message sounds as they alert me of messages.
*I like that blackberry phone have physical keyboards for easy typing even most of their touchscreens have physical keyboards and I think it makes browsing easy and not fustrating like android phones.

This is more of a sincere post about blackberry, i have been a loyal blackberry customer since the days of curve1 and bold1, the funny thing is i have always had two phones,blackberry and another phone but bbm has got me locked down since then because thats the major social messaging app i was glued with.
now fast forward to the era of the better bold and curves...... i am one of the many bb users that is always on the phone morning till fade and as time flew past i discovered that theres one very important feature that blackberry gives me that i have not gotten with other devices,and that is the Red led Notification (funny right?).
Now heres why, i usually put my phone on silent and put off all vibrations to conserve my battery always,so it means i need to rely on either a loud ring tone or keep my eyes glued to the phone or check occasionally for the red led Notification, i figured the red led Alert is the most convenient for me because i get a lot of emails and messages both official and social and i try to conserve my battery by not pressing my phone all of the time to check what message and from who it came.
Hence, the importance of the red led notification to me.thats one feature i do not want blackberry to remove AT ALL.
Finally, i do not have a blackberry now because my last got bad and was saving up for the almighty Passport. so it would make super December sense if i get lucky for the very first time with giveaways like this :)

I have been using blackberry for over four years now. Started with the blackberry curve 2, then upgraded to blackberry Torch, afterwards to blackberry Q10. One of the first reason why I LOVE and am a die-hard blackberry fan is the versatility of the device. It's a self taught device that I find I don't need someone to show me around on how to operate. Most importantly, is the ease in downloading songs and pictures. The Coming of the Q10 series was the best thing that happened to me as a blackberry fan. The way in which I can assess more than five applications at the same time, all I need do is keep swiping and opening the one I need to view. The hub is another versatility of the device which I love; I can preview my mails and chats as soon as they come in and respond to them immediately. The monthly subscriptions, with which I don't have to bother about turning on/off my mobile data, is still my greatest endearment to the device. Lately, with the influx of the mobile androids, and how my siblings complain about tiring out their data, I litelaly, began an inhouse movement for them to come into the blackberry world and enjoy all the ease and benefits that comes with the use of the data. May I add, that when I began using a blackberry Q10, I always thought I was the IT chic among my friends! In a circle of China phone ridden friends, and am d only one who had the revered Q10, I always flipped my phone out of my purse with all d pride in the world, just to make sure everyone noticed my phone. The truth is, it's a pretty solid phone.If you want to read emails, blogs, look at charts, and have basically never viewed a video on your phone, it might just be an improvement on whatever you have.
In short, this is the normcore smartphone of 2014. It does a great deal of what any other smartphone released this year does, without some of the apps that you're (like me) not cool enough to use, and with a little bit of extra functionality for the things you use most of all.
There's very little issue (for me) in having half of the keyboard in physical form and half on the screen: Numbers, the shift key, and other characters pop up as necessary while you're typing. I think the viewing experience for reading is excellent. I'm a little slower at typing than I was before , but I'm getting there.
You'll struggle to type one-handed if you've got hands as small as mine, but the other alphabet-type phones out there are equally difficult. For, say, scrolling through twitter, one hand is perfectly adequate.

blackberry browser for me is nothing short of awesome. the red LED notification light which seems exclusive to blackberry is something i can't afford to miss about it. battery life is a big thing as well, especially with the recent BB10 series, it's good when you want to stay in touch. My favorite thing about Blackberry however is the fact that they have both screen touch and buttons. most androids only have screen touch and you're just not in the mood for that

Apart from its portability and beautiful design which come in different models, I like the blackberry phone basically because of its features; First and foremost the inbuilt Blackberry Messenger feature comes in handy for swift communication. Another impressive feature is the keypads; I use a Q10 and the joy I get from typing messages very fast and smooth on the phone is inexplicable. With the increase of social media, the blackberry is the ideal device which enables navigation and usability between applications like twitter, Facebook, BBM and yahoo mail. Finally I like the blackberry revolution from a luxurious and scarce commodity to an affordable and available product. These days everyone just assumes you have a blackberry and the first thing they do is ask for your BBM pin. This sure wasn’t the case 5 or 6 years ago. Waiting in Lagos’ crowded domestic airport lounge on route to Abuja, the characteristic ping of the BlackBerry alert sounded out every few minutes with people reaching out into their pockets to check their phones. My favourite brand of phone is and will always be the blackberry.Firstly i like the device because of the availabilty of different models of the device.I can still remember vividly my first blackberry phone;blackberry 9700 bold 2,the lasting durability of the phone is incomparable.
Also another thing that freaks me about blackberry is the popular BlackBerry messenger(BBM).The application that has my personal identification number(PIN) which enables me to message,share files with my contacts on BBM.
Another fascinating thing is the low data consumption by the device and broader internet access.The blackberry app stores that has lots of applications I need is a good thing.

Blackberry has become the easiest way to keep in touch with the world for me, in terms of receiving and sending out messages on the go....unlike some smart devices where you have to buy 75% of applications to make your device interestingly usable,blackberry gives you a more free platform to download and enjoy your device. hello Linda, what i love most about the blackberry is that with each new phone that is being released, there is something new and exciting. very creative. i remember the torch series very clearly because i remember the excitement i felt when i wanted to get it. it was unique, new and different. i couldn't wait to have it. then i got a bold 5, touch screen and keypad at same time and it was bold (i like big phones). and then the 10 series came out, i got the Q10 and the OS was different from other OS. i love how i can switch from one application to another and the hub makes it easy to access your important application. i love how fast it is. although i have not used the blackberry passport yet, i have a feeling it would offer something unique and different as usual

Do I like the Blackberry? Nope.. I LOVED it. It was my office on the go..could send and receive email all at the same time and for a while didnt have to carry my tab with me. I still miss it and yeah the passport would avail me an opportunity to be back on Blackberry as it has a wide screen( Why I use a S4) and also, I can demarcate work from play, it has a soft touch qwerty pad (Good for my mails +My S4 doesnt have that) and the camera is also tempting.
The data plans is one of the many things that has kept me married to BlackBerry ever since I've come in touch with it. Not to talk of its ruggedness, portability and speed when browsing. When my phone is out of network coverage with SOS, the blackberry map works. BBM keeps me connected with my friends all over the world. Its sleek and cute look makes me stare at it all day( hehehe).

Here is what I like about Blackberry and it's the simple truth.
I like Blackberry because of the exclusiveness, effectiveness and competence of its messaging system and it's because of that effectiveness that other Manufacturers of Phones(Especially Android Phones) coveted it and now Blackberry has made its messaging system (BBM) available on other manufacturer's handsets as an app.
I also like Blackberry because of its efficiency and productivity in handling documents in Microsoft word and excel, without having to download an additional app.

Since the advent of smart phones I've only used blackberry smart phones and this is as a result of the quality brand. I use blackberry Bold 5(9900) at the moment and before that I used the Blackberry Bold 2 and I hope to continue the blackberry dynasty. Blackberry phones are very strong and last for many years which makes your money count a lot. My present and previous blackberry phones have no terminal faults after so many years of usage(6 years) which is really the opposite in most other brands. I love my blackberry because I rarely get complications with my blackberry applications and set up which is something other brand-users readily face very often. There is no fun or use, using a phone if it doesn't give you quality and doesn't display strength. Blackberry is the BEST.

Sharing pin it so effortlessly easy, all I have to do is type "mypin" in one word and space bar and my pin appears. Data share and Data synchronization is extremely effortless with all Bb series. my emails just drop in and the click of a send. The satisfaction is endless, Blackberry brand just does it for me. My favourite brand of phone is and will always be the blackberry.Firstly i like the device because of the availabilty of different models of the device.I can still remember vividly my first blackberry phone;blackberry 9700 bold 2,the lasting durability of the phone is incomparable.
Also another thing that freaks me about blackberry is the popular BlackBerry messenger(BBM).The application that has my personal identification number(PIN) which enables me to message,share files with my contacts on BBM.
Another fascinating thing is the low data consumption by the device and broader internet access.The blackberry app stores that has lots of applications I need is a good thing.
Finally the new improved blackberry operating system,backberry 10 in the new devices has made me glued to the blackberry mobile as a whole
The main reason why i love blackberry is because of the RED/GREEN INDICATOR LIGHT. It has a way of always notifying of any occurence. Another reason why i love blackberry is because of the physical keyboard functionality. My physical keyboard is still a dealbreaker, I won’t give up on it and neither have other loyal BlackBerry fans.

Wow, thanks to Linda and the blackberry company... As a blackberry fan boy, what I love about blackberry is the communication simplicity. Even after blackberry gave other devices the legal rights to use BBM, it still can't be as smooth as BBM on the blackberry itself. My admiration about the device is that It come way before iPhone and still up there with other smartphones. The OS 10 made blackberry so much better and can very much compete with other smartphones out there. The blackberry desktop software/blackberry link makes it easy to backup/restore dates from previous blackberry you own. The red light blinks anytime message comes in and the camera is always pretty cool. The best thing about blackberry that really stands out is the QWERTY keyboard which gives unique intuitive typing technology. Blackberry passport is one of the sexiest phone in the world. If you wanna be noticed anywhere, own a blackberry passport device. I can't wait to own this phone because it's really cool.
