The president is usually the commander-in-chief and the top-most military general and so his car/vehicles have to have the best military protections possible in any particular country. If regular soldiers move in APC's and armoured tanks,then their commander in chief should move around in far more protected vehicles. Anytime is war.....I hope Oga Jona understands this.
