Poor stitching makes the dress look like "cut and sew". Look at the seams of the dress, you can see it gathered at every stitch. Seams should only be highlighted if that is part of the design.
why can't Nigerian tailors, or designers, whatever they call themselves these days, sort out seams. The seams are all puckered making what should be an ok outfit look cheap. But I guess the wearer is satisfied with it. She has a pretty face.
