There is def nothing fishy abt the biological feautures of that child. While we all stil have doubts B actually carried her, she ised a surrogate (meaning she got herr eggs and her husband sperm and it was injected into another woman who did the carrying). You can tell by the features that that child does have Jay and B features. Yes the baby pic we saw was when the child was barely a month old. Now she's growing and her features are coming out more.
