From a man's perspective....I think both ladies look good depending on how you look at them. For me,Katy wore it better....she has this decent,conservative,girl next door look, with that dress.Love the way she styled her hair and the smile on her face.The dress also is very easy on the eyes.

Some of you on here are stupid.....how can you say who wore it better when they are two different dresses. Not hating on Ebube, just speaking my mind, thank God for freedom of speech. Katy Perry wore it better because she looks more comfortable in it. Her figure is beautiful. Her choice of shoes doesn't take away from the dress, it compliments it better. Now Ebube on the other hand is doing WAY too much. She should have gotten a bigger size (im sure her voluptuous figure would still be seen), and let's not get get started on her shoes.
