Bianca Ojukwu Set to Become Nigeria's Ambassador to Ghana
The current High Commissioner to Ghana is Sen. Musiliu Obanikoro, who has been there for over three years now. His tenure is about to end and I hear Bianca will most likely replace him.

There are Career Diplomats and Political Diplomats. She's the latter just like Obanikoro. Anyone can be an Ambassador these days as long as you know the right strings to pull. Ghana is near enough to Nigeria for her.
