The music star recently completed his multi million naira home in Eliozu area of Port Harcourt. And yes, he's from Bayelsa, but chose to build his home in PH because that's where he was born and grew up.
Kudos to Timaya. I am a strong believer of claiming citizenship of where you are born. In this case the State of your birth. Linda, I consider you to be the "son" of the soil as they say in Lagos than anybody to pinned you as a Easterner despite the fact of the origin of your last name.
