Episode 2 of Nigerian Idol airs today and tomorrow

On December 4, viewers across the country were held spellbound as Nigeria's biggest music reality show lit up TV screens nationwide with Episode 1 of Nigerian Idol.

The first episode of the show took viewers on a trip down memory lane as they relived some of the hilarious moments from Season I. There were also moments of music magic, bringing to life some of the most popular performances from Season I.



The debut episode also played catch up with Season I winner, Yeka Onka who has been on a tour across the globe. The stunning songbird has spent the first few months of her reign working on her album with A-list producers and opening the show at the legendary Shalamar reunion in London.

 A sneak preview into Season II was a tear jerker as viewers met for the first time the incredible physically challenged Emmanuel who is fighting against all odds to fly.

"Season 2 is just hitting TV screens and we can see so much excitement and good music ahead, commented producer Lilias Bode, Nigerian Idol will be an unforgettable experience,” she promised. “Just watch and see!
From the feedback during and after the show, viewers are getting excited by the thrilling performances, hilarious surprises and unending drama as the trio of Jeffrey Daniel, Yinka Davies and Charly Boy lay down the law.”
Nigerian Idol airs twice weekly on these stations and is hosted by Ill Rymz and Tiwa Savage.
