Its all a rumour. Kim Kardashian tweeted that she is leaving new york as well. They have been in NYC for about 3 months now. and i think the reason they are in NYC has been accomplished,so they are leaving. So it is so not true.

Kim tweeted a few days back that THEY were moving out of the hotel. They probably have an apartment or something. Some people take off their rings when moving boxes to prevent it from falling off and getting lost. He was getting a manicure so it's likely he took his ring off for that. Anyway there are pictures of them having dinner so the rumours are just that.
