So basically what happened was that Glo released the names of their ambassadors to the press and in the list, Sunny Neji, Kate and Jim Iyke's names were missing and new names were added. Globacom Marketing Communications manager, Onyeakachi Nwosu then said that 'anybody whose name doesn't appear on the list is definitely not a Glo Ambassadors'
Eh, but at least inform them properly naw, abi?

Kate Henshaw is a great actress but I can't even remember the last time I saw her in a film so what is the point having her as an ambassador when she isn't relevant RIGHT NOW.
Whether or not they aren't popular anymore doesn't warrant 'DIM' the audacity to not inform them prior to the press release. What jerks!

they should sue Glo for not formally informing them or is it in the contract that they can be terminated without being first informed?
The point is not whether they deserve to be ambassador or not.Rather the way they(Glo)communicate with their ambassadors,and this shows absolutely no level of professionalism at all.
Future ambassadors its a clearly signal to beware and because inevitably you'll come to the end of the road,then what next? ....find out on the newspaper you've been dropped!!
I think the contract was for a year so if they were not offered anything to sign again that means it is over. If you have a contract that is bound by time when that time is over you are free. You don't need a notification...
Well,I guess d contract lapsed.however glo shld have informed dem.Kate Henshaw ws neva worthy to be an ambassador she portrays d opposite of erself on tv,she is rily not decent.I used to be a mad fan of hers.I cant go into details.she shld sha take it easy.
People here saying they should sue or that Glo is being unprofessional do not know the terms of their contracts. For example, if you sign a 1 year contract with someone to be be an ambassador and before the year ends, you don't receive a new contract, there is nothing wrong with that. In such a case, you can both walk away knowing you've done both your parts.
