May his soul rest in peace, Amen. This is really serious bc a lot of times, people especially black people don't take health check up very seriously. We black people have higher risk for a lot of diseases and ailments and HTN, diabetes are few of them. We have to do our check ups, when someone dies in the family, don't always think it's your enemies at work, it might just be genetics! Find out your family history and take preventive measures in order to lead a healthier life. A word is enough for the wise.
