Scientists reverse the ageing process in landmark trial

The secret of eternal youth has been unlocked by scientists in remarkable research that paves the way for a ‘forever young’ drug.
Lives could be longer and healthier, free from illnesses such as Alzheimer’s and heart disease, with skin and hair retaining its youthful lustre.
Such a drug might allow men and women to have children naturally until they are a ripe old age.

I don't think they are trying God. People are trying to live long and look better, simple. God didn't say everyone should shrivel up and die by 60.

There are so many diseases ravaging mankind and there seems to be no remedy; this scientist are concentrating on drugs that will delay aging; i called that misplaced priority. let them find cure for HIV,and cancer. that was how a nigerian gynaecologist claimed he could make a man pregnant when he left a lot of wom en with fertility problem. people always ignore leprosy, and they will be worying theirself about ordinary rashes.....mchewwwwwwwww

whether scientist like it or not, there is a number of people that are appointed to die and to be born everyday. God in his wisdom create balance and no anti aging drug can alter that.

@Anonymous 12:22pm, why be so pessimistic? why is it that when anything good comes out, instead of people to appreciate the efforts others have made, the first thing that they would do is find some negative thing, and say those people's efforts should have been directed there? so because people are dying of AIDS, there should be no other area of research? while we're at it, can we all quit our day jobs too and become AIDS researchers? different people have different areas of specialisation. whilst those that are working on issues ravaging the world are doing so, the rest of the world doesn't have to sit still.
@Nigerian Film and TV addict, please give other reasons why you quit science at school. you can say it was difficult, confusing, time-consuming, even say it was boring; but please don't say it makes people mad. there are many sane scientists. and finding a facial treatment/therapy is not akin to madness.
@other nay-sayers, i hope you realise that most of your facial creams and cleansers are laden with antioxidants and other chemicals whose aims are to improve (read as: interfere with or reverse) the natural elasticity of the skin. the more effective ones that you like to buy over and over again have more of these, or have been able to unlock their potential more effectively. so the only difference between those creams and this is that this just happens to be a lot more effective than what is currently on the marker.
folks, please let us be informed before we speak sometimes, or we run the expense of sounding really ignorant.
