Another child is addicted to cigarette. 3year old Chinese girl, Ya Wen (pictured above) smokes up to a pack of cigarette a day. And also drinks alcohol.

We can't blame her. The news says she started smoking, drinking, and dressing like a boy after a terrible car accident that affected her brain. They don't know the cause.
