@sinairess...u are saying this bcos u were born in britain.if life were goood in nigeria why didnt ur parents stayed in nigeria and gave birth to u in ur so beloved country.nigeria is bad for the poor people .lets be realistic!
@joycee open ur eyes...this are obviously people that fled from the religious wars in nigeria and they dont look like pple who want to fleee to europe.think b4 u talk
Sudan (Khartoum) has constant supply of electricity. No body thinks of power cut here. The gates of their universities has never been closed as a result of lecturer's strike nor student's boycott of lectures. There are several Nigerians studying here. Make your research you will be surprised.
There are many Nigerians here (mainly Hausas) who said they were on their way to Mecca but got stuck in Sudan. Their chief occupation here like in Nigeria is to beg. Those must be the once that have been deported.

Sudan is used as an in between stop before they get to their destination which is usually europe, in most cases.

When you have people seeking a better life in countries like Sudan it sort of puts things in perspective.

Nigeria may be one of the poorest country in the world but not the worst place to live in.
