Alot of female groups have come and gone. Some of them gave us songs we'll never forget. Some of them revolutionalised music. Some groups made alot of women all over the world understand and appreciate their sexuality. Alot of them left an impact.
Above are pictures of groups that I think qualify to be nominated. Maybe your favourite of all time isn't in the list? Send me their name. So which female group do you think is the best of all time? That's including hits songs, awards, their dancing abilities, their singing voices, beauty. The whole package.
I'm going for Destiny's Child, Spice Girls and TLC in that particular order. What about you?

TLC!!!!!!!!!!!!Go back and listen to their music. Whoever wrote their songs and their music must be a very rich man now. To think they came from bubble gum rap (''aint too proud to beg'' )of the 80s to smooth saucy, unforgettable hits of the 00's (redlight district,pretty,scrubs,waterfalls....need i go on).I like destinys child but think they were too commercial and i had only one great singer.
Pussy cat dolls seem to be on a good thing...but will it last. Also only one of them actually sings...
I can't believe that you forgot the girl groups from an era where you had to actually have talent to be famous instead of just being half dressed. I'm referring to groups like the Supremes, Martha and the Vandellas, the Shirelles and the Chiffons to name a few. Think about this for a second...More people can identify "Baby Love" than most of the other "hits" from all these other groups combined. And it was written back in the early sixties.
And if you want to go REALLY far back, there are girl groups like The Lennon Sisters and the Andrews Sisters. Back when EnVogue was 4 instead of 3, they actually did a little bit of the Andrews Sisters "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" on their debut album.
So give the "old school' and the "old old school" girl groups their due too.
